    @Paytm @Paytmcare Booked a flight on 06/12/25 which was cancelled the same day by the airline. Airline has confirmed the refund was issued to the agency, but I still haven’t received it. Been trying for 5 days to reach customer support, but the chatbot won’t connect me to anyone

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Despite raising the issue of non refund of amount for broken Bus hundreds of times, u don't even care u respond or acknowledge.I bought Assured lite which should cover it. This is the epitome of fraud a Big company like u are doing. @jaagograhakjago

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare I am a Paytm merchant. Two Soundboxes delivered on 27 Oct were non-working since day one (no voice). Complaints raised but no resolution yet. Rental charges were deducted incorrectly. I want to return both. Please help urgently.
