@wolverinehealz No it’s not ,neither their customer executives are. I’ve been trying to reach @paytmbankcare from past 5-6 days for the resolution of unblocking my account. They are not even replying back. This is the worst digital payment method app I’ve ever used. @Paytmcare

Booked a bus from Kasol to Delhi, but the bus got cancelled. I was suppose to get refund of 3147 from paytm but no refund as been intiated yet & Have no clue whom to speak abt this, disappointed with ur service @Paytm @hp_tourism @HimachalToursT1

@Paytmcare Hi Team Booked a bus from Kasol to Delhi For Oct 17, which was cancelled at the last moment. A refund of Rs.3147 is pending at paytm or Operator kindly check and initiate the Refund at earliest as 48 hrs already passed. Disappointed with ur service @Paytm @hp_tourism

@GooglePay @PhonePe_ @Paytm The customer care of some companies operate only in select languages. It should be made mandatory for companies to serve their customers in their local language. A customer doesn’t necessarily need to know Hindi or English. #Hindi_Theriyathu_Poda
