    @Paytmcare It is almost 8 days blocking my account and there is no customer support and whenever I ask we will update shortly like tell you ...but problem not solved ..now how much time you want to resolve this issue.Already 8 day finished

    It has been 3 days and @Paytmcare still hasn’t resolved the blocked account issue despite taking all details in DM and saying the matter is under review.I’m unable to access my UPI Lite balance,and there has been no reply,or upfate from the support team. Extremely disappointing

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm customer support has been disappointing. My account was blocked without any clear explanation & ticket 200011654211 was closed without resolution. A new TKT- 200011731375, has now been opened & another representative is again asking for the details I already shared earlier.

    Recently purchased a motor insurance from @Paytm since iam traveling iam not being able to receive the link for documents upload, after requesting several time to send the link on registered email since the number is out of service. No help from paytm @Paytmcare
