    @paytmbankcare Have raised a Ticket 3162384325. Not resolved after submitting documents & proofs multiple times. Why are you making things difficult for a customer? Fix it at the earliest. Don't make an excuse. @Paytm @PaytmBank

    @Paytm Urgent::16494901359 return and refund pending since 2 months. Device pick up took 2 months and now no update on refund. Worst customer service. Shameful
