@Paytmcare @Paytm, I paid 3008/-rs through paytm upi to a merchant account and the problem is that the amount was successfully debited from my account but the merchant did not receive money regarding this. I've contacted Paytm as well as merchants regarding this matter.

@2shar @Paytm @Paytmcare Same thing happened to me too twice today. Called their customer care number, they say its a technical glitch. I think it was just to make people subscribe for PayTM Postpaid.

@Paytmcare why you guys have customer care service when can't provide it, it's been three days I transacted via upi and still haven't received refund or payment in the target account, neither the call was transferred to support team nor any response was give to ticket.

My payment stuck by pytm transaction and after calling so much time there is no response and that is really panic becouse i trusted ok pytm no i dont know what to do im going to file a fraud case against 1 lakh rs and there is no respond from pytm customer care @paytm

@2shar @Paytm @Paytmcare Got same notification 2 times. It's not just about opening app. It's dark pattern to get you sign up for #paytm postpaid service. It directly opens sign up page. Someone (non-tech savvy) may sign up out of fear to check any pending EMI.
