    @Paytm @Paytmcare it's almost 6 days gone, but no one responded me on this issue. Worst customer care service I have seen. Customers are running behind u people and ur customer care department don't have time to give proper resolution.

    @Paytmcare Please stop cheating and looting people. My amount deducted timely and Paytm page didn't load. But you issue only partial refund. My alternate plan charge is not refunded. I have nit any service then how paytm can deduct these charges. Please issue refund @Paytm @vijay

    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.

    @vijayshekhar ji, my ₹20,200 is on hold with @Paytm. ₹18,000 on 11 Aug & ₹2,200 on 12 Aug. I submitted the invoice & shop photo as requested, but my money is still blocked. I urgently need it. Please help release my funds.

    @Paytmcare Please stop asking for callbacks and provide a formal, technical explanation regarding this routing glitch in writing here. I am looking for a definitive, positive resolution and compensation for the mental harassment caused by this service deficiency, not more calls.
