@Paytm @Paytmcare it's almost 6 days gone, but no one responded me on this issue. Worst customer care service I have seen. Customers are running behind u people and ur customer care department don't have time to give proper resolution.

I have contacted your customer care several times but could not got any satisfactory response from your side. I want to inform you that Rs 1219 was in my wallet and it was credited on 6/Jan/23 and now I can't download my January passbook statement. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare My account was logged out while making a payment due to a session log out; however, I was later logged in, and the previous account credentials were automatically changed, and a new account was created. I Just need the old account access and the UPI ID too.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare I dont have upi app installed on my paytm installed app number. How can I pay my due amount if no other option provided by you. This was not the case till last month. This is ridiculous from paytm. I will never use paytm if you dont help me enable other payment options
