@Paytm @Paytmcare it's almost 6 days gone, but no one responded me on this issue. Worst customer care service I have seen. Customers are running behind u people and ur customer care department don't have time to give proper resolution. My order id is 9791462034

On 13 of September they took the item from me and said that refund is underway and it'll at least take 7-10 working days and I was like fine I'll be getting ₹295 for that. But till now I haven't got my money I did contact to my paytm customer care @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare says that the reference id is incorrect and @Urbanicofficial says that it's the only reference id they got from @Paytm so I request you to please resolve my problem.
