    @Paytm @Paytmcare it's almost 6 days gone, but no one responded me on this issue. Worst customer care service I have seen. Customers are running behind u people and ur customer care department don't have time to give proper resolution.

    @Paytm I have already raised a request on customer care but didn’t receive any supporting reply. 30K is big amount for me which I have to pay for just logging in which I feel is not all fair. There is no possibility of such scam in any other application as otp is must for trx.

    @Paytm How can just logging in create a gap for a such a big fraud. There should be some pin or otp for transaction. I have now 30000 additional bill in my postpaid account. Request you to support with the same.

    @Paytmcare even after complaining on your portal about fraudster no action taken,so as customer,my money loosing is not important for you? Dear all please stop using Paytm as they will not help you if you need there support @Paytm @PaytmBank

    @Paytmcare @AmericanExpress Unable to use American Express Card on Paytm for past few days. Neither Paytm nor Amex is able to answer or resolve the issue. Pathetic customer experience from both.

    @jd_justdial @Paytmcare kindly solve my issue on priority, simply dont pass time around.sadly same if ur respective companies wudve faced problem from ur end, then u wudve been proactive at another level.
