@Paytm @Paytmcare it's almost 6 days gone, but no one responded me on this issue. Worst customer care service I have seen. Customers are running behind u people and ur customer care department don't have time to give proper resolution. My order id is 9791462034

UPI vs paytm if people not ready to pay extra then all other have to face problem and very less impact to paytm due to they have already bank and can take deposit in saving/current/fd etc not like gpay/phone pe

@PaytmBank @Paytm I made a payment of 1000rs incorrectly to my old inactive fasttag, please cancel the payment and refund the amount. I informed this on the same day of payment but issue has not been resolved yet. Very poor customer service
