    @Paytm @Paytmcare it's almost 6 days gone, but no one responded me on this issue. Worst customer care service I have seen. Customers are running behind u people and ur customer care department don't have time to give proper resolution. My order id is 9791462034

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm suddenly the paytm gold balance has been dropped by 70% and from last 2 days there is no one to even explain. No agents, no support just AI bots doing nothing. @nsitharaman

    @Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.

    Paytm a big cheat company. Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.. unnecessary charges are taken by them. first they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer. That is our hard earned money. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm why there is no customer care number I am trying contact they say 24*7 customer support but that AI Assistant is unable to help can I talk to representative how I can talk to resolve my issue howw how?

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare Not resolved yet, your paytm assistant chat bot is useless,not able understand my issue,it keep me loop cycle with same steps, and your service number 0120-4580000 is Not working,I want to call customer service

    @Paytmcare is also one of the worst things currently in the world. You ****** asked me to send queries in dm, And now it's been 1 day, no replies. W8 i will come to your device to replay me and make paytm work proper mother ******. Worst ever service @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Very disappointed with your service. I clearly requested a new machine, but an old device was installed instead. The receipt printing is not working properly, causing issues with customers. Please resolve this urgently.
