  @Paytm @Paytmcare it's almost 6 days gone, but no one responded me on this issue. Worst customer care service I have seen. Customers are running behind u people and ur customer care department don't have time to give proper resolution. My order id is 9791462034

  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar My vijay shekhar, first off all i am telling you your customer care no 24x7 is not working it came switched off in a day time and in late evening busy. I had done one transaction it is failed but still refund not credited in my account. See ur service

  @sheefal @Paytmcare @Paytm Never use paytm, they sell their roduct with huge promises but at the time of need shows their back. They have no service after sale. You keep on calling but no response. So I will request all not to use paytm.

  Dear @RBI successfully I paid 4031.1 rs @SMARTBazaarIn store on 08/04/2026 via @Paytm dynamic QR which installed in store, after payment confirmation from my end till date they not provide the goods & not return my payment. Kindly solved my problem

  @Paytmcare Looping in @PaytmBank as advised. This issue has been pending for long and affects access to my wallet funds. Requesting immediate intervention - please assign a case owner, share a ticket ID, and provide a clear resolution timeline.

  @Paytmcare they a having such low level management of staff that they automatic switches the mdr charges heigher before even informing the customer and i suggest that no one should use there paytm pos machine for business purpose

As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment.   @Paytmcare I am unable to use paytm app in iphone since 2 days. Automatically it loggged out first & after that I am unable to login as message is coming Acess is denied . Resolve the issue on immediate basis !
