@Paytm @Paytmcare it's almost 6 days gone, but no one responded me on this issue. Worst customer care service I have seen. Customers are running behind u people and ur customer care department don't have time to give proper resolution. My order id is 9791462034

@seadeep24 @Paytm Probably because their audience is not as woke (desktop-first) and they survive on data to service customer needs and justify their own value. Without app, you have very less idea about the customer. All app-first companies might have to solve it in near future.

@Paytmcare I am starting using Paytm postpaid . Because I read there is no processing fee and not any changes . Only after due day change applicable . But now convenience fee come and i don't know about anything this . I try to talkc ostume care but can't . Please solve problem

@Paytm @PaytmBusiness @PaytmAshaKiran Dear concerned, I have been imposed penalty of Rs. 500 for late payment of post paid bill. Can you just reverse the same. I might be a valuable customer. Else will pay........I want to feedback the issues with your appp, but let it be!
