@Paytmcare Please stop acting like robot . Getting responses like contact 24/7 etc. I already cocntacted there many times. My issue related to fasttag still unresolved since 2 months. Ticket ID 156967052. This is my fifth complaint.

Thanks @IndianOilcl I got a phone call from field manager of @IndianOilcl for providing the proper reasoning. Hope this problem would not occur on any @IndianOilcl petrol pump accepting @Paytm. #DigitalIndia #digitalpayment #DigitalTransformation

Though my paytm postpaid payment completed still i didn’t received my NO DUE CERTIFICATE in mail . Paytm promised me that i would receive my NOC on or before 10th of march but no proper response and service . Such a disappointed service from reputed one @Paytm @Paytmcare

Today I wanted to take an auto ride aur auto wale bhaiya ne bola cash nahi, Paytm kardo! And ofcourse he had @Paytm QR Code. So I used my recent favourite service #PaytmUPILITE. Single click, and it never fails. Ka-ching and Done!🤑

Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare from 16 February 2023 I had dispute raised in my account for a failed amount by the customer and later it was deducted from my Paytm business account for the failed amount. Still I didn't got a proper response. More than 50 complaint has been raised.

Is there a way to call @Paytm and just speak to their customer care without being given set of services to choose from. What if my query is Unrelated to all the options given. @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney it's frustrating.. no where on the app can I find the relevant ticket to raise.
