Thanks @IndianOilcl I got a phone call from field manager of @IndianOilcl for providing the proper reasoning. Hope this problem would not occur on any @IndianOilcl petrol pump accepting @Paytm. #DigitalIndia #digitalpayment #DigitalTransformation

Am so happy that #Paytm share are going doing... This @Paytmcare didnt refund my money which they made to wrong party.. Neither a call was arranged, nor healthy 2 way communications was done. Extremely bad service Now i only use @PhonePe_ good service, and i advise to do so..

Two things Paytm App should change/fix. 1. Default pop up when you enter the App(every time) to send money from bank to bank without KYC, there must be an option to don't show this again. 2. Option to choose the preferred payment method, a checkbox. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Paytm is absolutely useless. Zero Customer sevice.Guys its my humble request if you have downloaded the app then delete it immediately and opt for better payment apps like Google Pay where you can resolve your issue in matter of minutes

@Paytmcare Yes i did for more than 20times in past 8months. It is still not resolved. From next time i am booking through makemytrip or cleartrip. Keep my hardworked money 5000rs with you. I know you wont refund. But mark my words. One day paytm will go down for this. I give up.
