Thanks @IndianOilcl I got a phone call from field manager of @IndianOilcl for providing the proper reasoning. Hope this problem would not occur on any @IndianOilcl petrol pump accepting @Paytm. #DigitalIndia #digitalpayment #DigitalTransformation

Am so happy that #Paytm share are going doing... This @Paytmcare didnt refund my money which they made to wrong party.. Neither a call was arranged, nor healthy 2 way communications was done. Extremely bad service Now i only use @PhonePe_ good service, and i advise to do so..

@Paytmcare Please stop acting like robot . Getting responses like contact 24/7 etc. I already cocntacted there many times. My issue related to fasttag still unresolved since 2 months. Ticket ID 156967052. This is my fifth complaint.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney if kyc is not renewed why you allow to get money into wallet and hold it? As we have to suffer the inconvenience because of your 3rd class customer care service & wasting so much time still our issue is not getting resolved. My money is stuck. #shame

Pathetic customer service from paytm !!! When checked with the airline they have already refunded 5,684 to paytm but paytm didn't process that yet. When will you refund @Paytm. Atleast @Cleartrip has far better service when it comes to cancellation and refunds.
