Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm worst services hv ever seen by paytm in my lyf. No one is bothered to revert customer. They are just running paytm on rambharose. Ridiculous customer support. 2-2 days they dont reply. Its their 24*7 service but they proves they are not available 24*7

Had worst experience as a customer with @Paytm . I would not recommend Paytm as their customer care is non responsive for any query's or consumer loss. @consumerforum_ @jagograhakjago

@Rajeevshukla23 @Paytm @Paytmcare Kyc agent will say,your account is already kyc completed. Paytm customer care will say ,you do kyc with aadhar by visiting our kyc agents. And this cycle rotates. Your issue will not get resolved as like mine
