Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytm today also booking movie ticket through your application movie time 4p.m today theatre name Devi cinemas chennai .movie name last 6 hours .the problem is yesterday they cancel cinemas without prior information .so confirm today movie show of 4p.m running or not .
