Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare Trying to complete my kyc however your app states that the aadhar is linked to another number which is not true. And when I try for you 24x7 help it states to visit the nearest branch or call an executive. I don't have time for this. What is the procedure to close Paytm

Very poor service @Paytm @PaytmMoney At least provide good customer care services to resolve issue . Don't have an idea how people can suffer due to your technical issues. One can suffer with big lose because of this technical issues. Take a look at problem As soon as possible
