Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare I'm not getting proper response from Paytm & @Paytm is not giving 24/7 service to their customers. Even I tried contact customer care they too not giving proper response & issue still not resolved. In case of emergency pls dont trust paytm banking.

Dear paytm i waited for around 20 mns. on call to talk with your customer representative , no one picked up . Went to your KYC centre did my KYC he “ he took 50₹ also” you say its free , still using my wallet I’m not able to do any payment. @Paytm @Paytmcare . Worst service
