    Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

    @Paytmcare Need you to please have a look on the paytm wallet issues that are faced by the customers . Customer service is getting worst . Paytm wallet is getting expired and there is no option to take the money out of the wallet and KYC is also closed. #PLEASEHELP

    @bookmyshow_sup booked 2 tickets for next day and got it for same day also the time I booked was also past the show time. Voice support asked me to book again and I did. Will I get a refund for bms technical issue or ultimately I'll need to uninstall the app and try @Paytm.
