Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytm Worst customer care ever seen.... First they blocks the account without any prior notice.. after constant mails unblocks the account and blocks again 15 mins. I don't know what they exactly want. All the formalities done by me and my bank but these people just paste old mails
