    Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

    Hi @Paytm , this is unfortunate I’m facing the pathetic service from your side, I have purchased a car insurance policy but after 15 days there is no reply from your end no document verification even I uploaded documents successfully before 2weeks no action nothing is happening

    Had worst experience as a customer with @Paytm . I would not recommend Paytm as their customer care is non responsive for any query's or consumer loss. @consumerforum_ @jagograhakjago

    @Paytmcare Despite having completed the verification with a local agent/kyc partner, my Paytm wallet remains inactive, citing the same reason (inactivity for more than a year) and recommending the same resolution (verification at local kyc center). The agent is clueless. Pl help.
