Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Bug in Paytm app - I paid my son’s postpaid bill thru Paytm app and then converted to prepaid, but the app is still showing up as postpaid and not able to pay bills, how to resolve. Your helpline chatbot doesn’t have this problem statement

@PaytmBusiness @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare I got an email today saying - "Cancelled Cheque - Name on cheque mis-match with shopname/business/KYC name". Which doesn't make any sense because the name on my KYC (Aadhar) and cancelled cheque is exactly the same. Kindly help. DMed.
