Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytm has one of the bad customer service EVER! I've been waiting to talk to someone or email but the chat literally says there nothing they could do. The amount of money put in is just stuck and by next bill cycle I'm expected to pay without fail - ridiculous
