    Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

    Thanks @Paytm for refund . Both side issue was their, my side issue was i did not check 57 pack is still availabe it bsnl. They removed it. Paytm side issue is if 57 pack is invalid, then recharge should fail and refund, but if is done recharge with another pack.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I got a call from paytm and they didn't clear the charges pos machine, later I got a call from customer care and told me about the charges , Pls refund my payment I don't want any pos machine ..
