Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare No one from the customer care team is listening to the complaint. I had tried multiple times for refund issue. Everytime they are saying to wait. Never given a exact timeline to resolve the issue. Tried to connect to their TL Complaint no. - 182610479, 182507897.

@Paytm To be honest Paytm UPI interface is more stable than Gpay which sometimes fails to process and the payment get stuck. Never faced such Issue in Paytm.
