Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have not applied for the physical Debit card but you have sent it, by default. Though I have not used it, annual charges are being deducted. Please reverse the charges as I don't need the card and never required it. If required, please cancel/block the card.

Hi @Paytmcare -I booked bus ticket @ order Id: 13285170199 on dated 16-04-202. I got confirmation from Krishana travel operator bus cancelled for date 16th April 2021.Till now, I didn't receive refund amount. I follow up 24×7 help & support but didn't receive any response.

paytm has very low quality and standarfs, even for kyc they dont keep the correct customer records, i completed KYC as per their process and i keep getting random warning to do KYC agaim @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
