Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

I want to close my @Paytm Postpaid service, kindly do the needful help to close. Becoz you charge late fee for bill. There is no any sms regarding the bill payment date from your side, you charge one day late fee of Rs. 885 .. I want to you plz refund the late fee ASAP @Paytmcare

@Paytm @RBI getting threatened by paytem customer care agent named kual.. she is extremely rude and missbahving dispite talking to her niclay looks like there is some post paid due. Which i am not aware . On y old number, requested days time to check but she has started abusing
