  Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

  @Paytm Firstly I want to know how to talk to customer care executives. I didn't know paytm has gone this worse. I wanted to register for tap and pay but after entering the card details I'm neither can enable nor disable. Getting error message for both. Such a horrible service

  @Paytm I am really disappointed from your service.Last 3 to 4 month ago same things has been happened one of my friends send payment in Paytm merchant account but there is no option to send money to my bank account last night i am countinue trying for amount settlement in my bank

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Logging in to Paytm App is not possible if SIM card is missing in the phone. SIM card is reqd for UPI transactions & it has nothing to do with login.Paytm App is useless if SIM card is lost or damaged. One can be allowed to login to App without SIM card.Think!
