    Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

    i have been using @Paytm since last few years, i see most of the outlets not accepting paytm wallet these days, even when i tried to transfer money in wallet to a bank account there are errors in the app. Is money lost for ever in your app?? is @Paytmcare not working? 9760072059

    @Paytm and @Paytmcare Can you please assist to get my old account back? I am not able to login to my account for so long and it's really frustrating! I have the sim present in my phone which is registered with Paytm and even after entering correct card details, it's not happening

    @vijayshekhar & @Paytm Paytm is simply magical, I've been using Paytm the last couple of years.. My parents too have started using it for their day to day transactions. Kudos to the entire team, If the service goes by this rate I'd say the future of India looks promising!

    I am try to login with my mobile no but Paytm app auto detect facility unable to auto detect OTP and also not allow me to type OTP received on mobile kindly do the needful please call me so that I will explain problem in detail @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    @PaytmBusiness Hey @PaytmBusiness @Paytm your customer service executive contact me and says your money refunded within end of August month but till now no refund initiate form your side.

    @Paytm I had authorized a payment requested by Netflix, the money has been deducted from my account but hasn't reached the said party, please resolve the issue ASAP or else I'll have to move to consumer forum.

    Thanks @Paytm, it's been 6 years using paytm & I'd like to say there was no issue at all. @airtelbank is worst.
