Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

I have been using @Paytm since 5 years And Paytm cannot be compared to any other app, I have used phone too but most of my transactions fail and even my money was not refunded This is not only with me, everyone has to face issues on the phone pe . Thanks to Paytm for your service
