    Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare Hi Chetan Still not resolved If u take this much time my gold voucher will expire Otherwise credit that money to my paytm wallet instead of gold if u r not able to resolve issue.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm You and your team are the most unprofessional service providers out there. Your representatives from Jalgaon, Maharashtra strung us along for 2 weeks to get a damn QR code approved, took at least 25-30 OTPs, harassed ******** out of our staff and now they are asking for more documents. This led to loss of business because we had to use a personal QR code to accept payments. We are now going ahead with @PhonePe and I will make it a point to strongly recommend people to NOT use your services. Rot in hell ********.

    @Paytmcare Hello Hemant, I have got some response in DM. It assumes that the problem is with the user. It assumes 1) my app is not up to date & 2) I had unstable connection. Good luck improving your service with that attitude.

    @Paytmcare How long will you be providing repeated computerise message if you can't provide a service shut off your services.. ek simple transaction your app is showing that the code is already used but the code hasn't been used yet.. it's been 2 days already since the complaint was raised

    Huge delay in payment updates on @PaytmBusiness money is deducted but 'Payment Received' isn't showing in my app. Is the server down? Please resolve this quickly, it's disrupting business @Paytm

    @Paytmcare I have already shared the screenshots as proof.. still you want a video recording.. simply say you don't want to give the service that's it don't treat customers as fool details were already sent in your DM yesterday
