    Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

    @Abhinav27517819 @Paytmcare I am a Paytm merchant and my settlement is not undertaken by Paytm since the 24th of April 2026, the day Paytm bank licence is declared cancelled by the RBI and there is no response from the customer support after tons of messages and calls, initiated from my end. @Paytmcare

    @NPCI_BHIM Thanks for resolving the issue but I will never recommend anyone to use BHIM, Instead of BHIM, I will go with @Paytm or @GooglePayIndia

    @Paytm hi , i booked a flight ticket last night and it still shows pending and i cant cancel or modify. This is absolutely frustrating. Either solve this or allow me to cancel the ticket. Account is with phn number 7042486478. There is no help from the Help section on the app

    @Paytm is the only major company with a Tech-Stack good enough to give competition to Google. Now I am not sure what did @RBI do to fix this issue but its clear that they are against PayTM. Not something new, Babus can do everything to destroy Indian companies

    @motorolaindia from last 2 weeks @Paytm app is not working in my Moto Edge 60 fusion, when I open the app it's showing an error - Device environment is not correct. Also there is no update pending on my device everything is up to date . Resolve this problem.

    Really disappointed with Paytm’s service. There’s no proper resolution to issues, and reaching customer support is a struggle. Even when you do get through, they don’t listen they just repeat their scripted responses. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Booked an AC bus via Paytm and in this scorching heat at noon time where the temperature is 40° AC is not working in the bus, who is responsible? It's really suffocating and frustrating. Please check and fix else refund the amount with compensation.
