  Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Paytm customer care is really very tough to interact, not at all easy to communicate. Trying to change my kyc from old no to new no, already shared all required documents multiple times, but no solution other than same message about asking same documents.

  @Paytm Why so much delay in crediting cashback? What eligibility you check for crediting cashback? Customer care services are so pathetic they don't have answer for anything. Will you credit cashback at the very last minute for the time TAT you gave?
