Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytmcare I had a payment for my kids tution fee INR 5000/-via postpaid but the amount has not been reflect in teachers account and statement,I am stuck with this type of service.Please solve this issue as soon as possible until i will have to take a legal action against you.

So Paytm has started asking for Aadhar mandatorily and don't do mini kyc accounts. I can't even login without doing this KYC thingy. Well, your loss @Paytm. I'd rather use other apps than give all my info to you guys.
