    Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

    Horrible customer service by Paytm. My Rs 52,500 lost due to Paytm. No response. UPI ref# 111554636850; case id# 188699017. Merchant got sms that settlement declined due to balance limit breach, but it has not been refunded back to me.Please help @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare
