Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytm Instead of taking a jibe at your competitor, try to find ways to return your retail investor's money. A well governed company stock won't come down by 50% in matter of weeks. Shame on your greediness.

@Paytmcare i am fed up of Paytm, there is no way to call or reach customer care the chat option has pre build questions nothing to do with what i am trying to solve. Can never reach chat agent. I never get notifications or upi notifications for payment. Third grade support.

@Paytm @Paytmcare hi I requested Paytm to send cloy details of ticket number 22058843080 along with date when this was raised as airlines asked for the same. I requested Paytm to send over email and twitter message box too but no nothing I got from Paytm. Please help
