Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytm Nowadays while making payments on paytm app, their is no option for inserting the promo codes can be seen.Also being a regular customer, we aren't getting good offers from paytm.Please do something in this regard or you'd loose your strong customer base.

I try 100 time their coustomer care service your ivr system is very poor only computer generated voice no signal representative pic my call why you cheat coustomer very bad experience every time when I try paytm app @Paytm @vijayshekhar @amazon is best

@Paytm its forced to write it here as no appropriate response received from paytm customer care after following up from last 50 DAYS for a refund of cancelled tickets, passanger got covid positive and cancelled the ticket, airline refunded amount to paytm.
