Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytm Previously also it happened. What type of user experience you are giving? I tried to call service centre. No option to speak to anybody as it seems, you don't want any feedback. In the App I have chatted and tried to set up automatic repayment, but it is not available

@Paytm @PaytmBank Stop!! If you are using paytm postpaid. Because On repayment there will be an error, after 5 days you will be able to repay with extra late payment fee. So Don’t get in this trap. Use cash because if someone takes your money in physical, you can slap at least. But not to paytm

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank I was issued the postpaid limit, and i am unable to use it from june. From June onwards the issue is not resolved and it is showing active on my cibil. I request you to please close my postpaid account. Also Paytm have no customer support.
