Payment made for 824.82 Rs on Jiofiber via Paytm. Payment got failed, money got deducted. Raised a ticket. Ticket got closed but I didn't get my money back. @Paytm @Paytmcare . When will I get my money back? 3 days passed, no response from your side. Poor Customer service.

@Paytm why are you making fool uneducated vendors they don't know that you will charge 300 per month for that soundbox. You agents handover them without told them this. If they want to close that no customer care and support available.

@Paytm very very dissatisfied with Paytm customer care there is no way to connect with them . Customer care number no one is available, there is no option to send them any issue we are facing. There fixed non human chat doesn't cover the required topic. don't reply to mails
