    Just tried to reach @Paytm customer care number of their head office. She gave me another number and hung up without listening to my issue. Also, The contact number given by her did not exist. Horrible service @Paytmcare

    Hey @PaytmCare, we're struggling to get a refund for a cancelled @IndiGo6E flight! Indigo refunded the amount, but it's stuck with Paytm. Your app's customer care isn't helpful. Please assist! Booking ID: 26993710263 PNR: WF3FKK BOM to VNS on 12 May 2026. it’s been 2 Month.

    How many ages more will you take to solve a simple flight booking issue?? @Paytmcare @Paytm if you're not competent enough to complete that booking why have you deducted money? Even if it's deducted what is taking so long to initiate for a refund?????

    @Paytmcare @Paytm even when customer care called the moment I said I wanted to deactivate the Soundbox the call was disconnected. Another representative called back I explained everything again and I was told the issue was resolved but nothing was actually done I'm still being charged every month
