@Paytmcare unlucky my complain pass 24hour and still nobody care for me and i saw list of p-fastag client suffer with their problem of fastag unexpected dedication of charges. This is my -168743525 ticket id of complain but still no action taken #dontusepaytm they'll not help us

@Paytm The worst customer service by @Paytmcare . Paytm Postpaid cheats people by not sending due reminders to pay on time deliberately. And then lies about the waiver to charge you even more next time. Simpl, Olamoney and LazyPay are way better. Worst service by @Paytm 😡😡😡

@Paytmcare I won't be using a product where the company doesn't even care for its customers. I could simply use other postpaid apps that have proper reminders and customer grievances redressal systems in place.

@Paytmcare I’m unable to send the money It is showing that my money is on hold, don’t know why!!! I’ve called to 0120-4456456 more than 50 times but It just says Paytm didn’t hired enough people to talk to customer, please try again later But how many days later bro???
