    @Paytmcare unlucky my complain pass 24hour and still nobody care for me and i saw list of p-fastag client suffer with their problem of fastag unexpected dedication of charges. This is my -168743525 ticket id of complain but still no action taken #dontusepaytm they'll not help us

    @Paytmcare I am trying to talk to customer service about a coupon code which isn’t working. However, the concern is that there is no way I can reach customer care. Automated response just tries to answer questions assuming our concern. Same issue with Chat support

    @Paytmcare Had an issue with the wallet. Escalated multiple times for the past 9 days. Looks like no one bothers to respond or no one knows how to resolve. Pathetic. I wrote your group CFO for an intervention. Best joke is your 24 X 7 support in the app. Absolutely no use
