    @Paytmcare can't even talk to postpaid team on customer number.Only texting. But there's no option to talk to them directly. Only talking to automated computer generated messages.Please resolve.I understand your policy for convenience fees. But i dont wanna pay when i dont use it

    @Paytm Hello Paytm, Is it all good, But I'm not good with your services why you gave 24*7 Help and support to us because nobody responding towards my help Unless you can't why you fool us with your 24*7 services. It's almost 10 to 15 days around nobody responding.
