@Paytmcare unlucky my complain pass 24hour and still nobody care for me and i saw list of p-fastag client suffer with their problem of fastag unexpected dedication of charges. This is my -168743525 ticket id of complain but still no action taken #dontusepaytm they'll not help us

@Paytm UI /UX of Paytm is terrible. One long endless cluster of items . Please revamp it. Paytm wallet is the USP of Paytm that is a great fallback if UPI fails during a transaction. Phonepe hasn't implemented wallet correctly. Paytm Fastag is another USP

@Paytm @Paytmcare i cannot add money to my account. It shows WALLET CREDIT FREEZE. when I try to update my KYC . It does not offer me to do it online.When i try to do it offline, every store says that they do not have the facility to update Paytm KYC. Please help ASAP

@Paytmcare Issue has already been flagged. There is nothing to be done DM. Plus its not an issue but an open trick played by PayTm to make people pay through Paytm postpaid instead of UPI. Paytm doesnt even ask whether the customer wants to pay through paytm postpaid.

Hey @Paytmcare I have raised a issue with a payment i made on Myprotein website using Paytm gateway for which money was deducted but order wasn't successful, hence i raised a issue on app but haven't recieved a word afterwards. Just have the ticket no. 3245070428 thats it. Help
