MCA portal wha such a wonderful Portal wr you make payment online , payments gets reflected in the portal after 3days some times a week. No proper resolution till date on the same. If @GooglePayIndia @PhonePe_ @Paytm work flawlessly what is the issue with these Govt portals 🤔

@Paytm what's the redersal mechanism incase money gets transferred to wrong Paytm number and that number is not active? Tried calling customer care but their is always a technical issue to prevent your team from helping customers.

After COVID lockdown, I was told by @airindiain that I can't get a refund for the booked ticket but I can reschedule when flights resumes. I have talked to ( @Paytm ) thrice and every time I get the same response that the issue has been escalated. #AirIndia #Paytm #pathetic
