@Paytm PAYTM has the Pathetic Service. They are harassing me mentally since the very first day of joining them. Now they have Freezed my Account with FD and no resolution despite of Various Measures. No response from PayTm Nodal Officer also. Now approaching Banking Ombudsman.

On 11th July 2022, I paid my @bsesdelhi bypl bill using my @pnbindia debit card through @Paytmcare. The error message said payment failed - try again - amount refunded. I tried again with same outcome but amount deducted TWICE from my bank account is not yet refunded. SHOCKING.

@Paytmcare @ramnivashgkp Khud ke credit card ke transaction ko suspicious activity Bata kar account block karte Hain aur unblock karne ka koi dhang ka system nahin hai. only system generated message reply aate rahte hain 6 manth se Kai mail aur message karne ke bad bhi account unblock nahin Ho Paya.
