    @Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

    @Paytmcare I found the issue. When I uninstalled PCAPdroid, Paytm app started working. Actually, you should not have tagged PCAPdroid malicious. Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare After switching to a new device my same phone number couldn't be verified. Despite of every settings are correct I could not even log in to my account since last 8 days. Please raise a ticket and resolve my problem

    @Paytmcare why it says phone not supported when trying to login using my iphone xs max ios 18.7.10? It was working fine earlier. I have tried reinstalling app but no luck. I also have one ticket open since weeks with @PaytmMoneyCare Why such bad service? cc: @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare No it is not pending from my bank end now, seems there is some issue from paytm end which caused the failure, whatever it is the refund is struck at paytm end can you help me process it quickly.

    @Paytmcare Aap logo ki commitment ki koi ehmiyad hoti hai ya nhi? Its been more then 15-20 days still facing issue no resolution. I think need to deactivate your paytm. Useless
