@Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

@Paytmcare As already informed before, the same bot answers are not a reply to my query. I cannot attend the show and want to cancel the ticket. Your policy on cancellation protect is not clearly and it seems like it will be included when booking the tickets. It is an issue from your side.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar @PaytmCybercell Fraud of Rs 16000 happened to me by Paytm backend department in regards to Ticket ID - 3159562357. He said he is from backend department and help to resolve my issue but he send 1 link to me and money got wiped out. Help me asap to get amount.
