@Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

@Paytmcare Not very happy with no action taken to the person who fraudulently took the money from Paytm wallet. Go and see how many fake website has been created on your name as customer care. Punish the culprit and get my money back. He has a account with you. Other wise it is sad.

@Paytmcare still no resolution from paytm. they are repeating the same word plz wait for a moment. we cannot contact in paytm app they are running help desk auto bot. if raise a query at last it will say ur issue resolved.done with these all. close my paytm postpaid asap @Paytmcare @Paytm

@paytm If I am not able to use my account than what is the use to make an account on paytm just to get harrased and no one is there to listen ,and no one is going to use it and if anyone want to join he will be not motivated and will let him know about the problem we are facing.
