@Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

@Paytm Dear Paytm i have done transaction today at 7.06pm on UPI to Sundirect merchant as per Sundirect helpdesk they haven't received not yet...and Paytm helpline not responding since 25mins I'm on customer care line..pl resolve this ASAP..and i will no more use Paytm here after

I have been trying to contact costumer care and the non scenes chat bots just close the case and calling also does not help with the same and @BlrCityPolice please associate with the right ppl to collect fines @Paytm is not the right partner and they are here only to loot people
