@Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

@Paytmcare services have not been restored yet. Tomorrow, I am going out of station and I will be required to use my fasttag but my fasttag is not working. I shall be greatful if my paytm account is restored by tomorrow so that I could use my fasttag.

@Paytmcare Worst support and application every for payment. First the payment was stucked for 2 days. support not available for help i had to pay twice now they can't help retrieve. they don't give importance to the customer. worst app & support ever switching to other apps.

@Paytm the service is utmost poor. Not able to use fasttag. Complaint lodged several times. Tickets are still open. Unnecessary hassles in procedure for problem resolution. My paytm 7505475500 is not working from 4 months. No help received. I am totally frustrated with paytm
