    @Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

    @Paytm Hi, i have a Paytm SBI credit card but i am yet to receive my welcome benefits. When contacted the customer care of sbi they said it's there in the app. But it is not visible anywhere. Kindly sort it out.

    Hello @Paytmcare , there was an issue with a payment done via wallet. Transaction failed but money was not refunded to the wallet. Its been 30 days and I have also complained to the Nodal officer but there’s no resolution yet. Please help

    @Paytmcare My Paytm postpaid is not working for the last 2 weeks... Whenever I try to pay through Paytm Postpaid it says upgrade your account but the upgrade option is not there In the postpaid section. I paid all dues on time. Please solve this issue.

    @Paytm postpaid due amount on Paytm of rs 3775.26 . On 5/09/22 paid Also I again paid of rs 4375.26 on 9 /09/22 but show postpaid due amount of 4375.26 till date. Pls sought out of that problem and refund my additional money .
