@Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

I asked them for quick resolution but they did not help me at al instead they raised a complaint of which I received no notification. I am paying double amount of tolls due to technical error of @Paytm and negligence of @Paytmcare Who will compensate for the inconveniences?
