  @Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

  @flyspicejet @Paytm Extremely disappointed. We were informed at the airport that SG-472 was cancelled, and SpiceJet staff confirmed a full refund for both onward & return tickets. Now SpiceJet asks us to contact Paytm due to a group booking, while Paytm isn't resolving the issue!
