@Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

@Paytmcare From last 8 to 10 months I'm not able to send money via UPI. Whenever i select a upi id and press proceed it doesn't process further, just stays there! Please fix this! As i cannot send via other modes as they are chargeable and UPI mode is free upto certain numbers.

@Meghalisachdeva @Paytm Good. We have been using Paytm Payment Gateway and Payout solutions. Last month or so has been absolutely nightmare. Really poor documentation and changing policies at whim etc. @vijayshekhar basically the quality is going down with price of the stock.

Every time, when I talk to support executive, I get new information. Just now got to know that @Paytm needs 2 weeks to resolve this issue. Whereas, when I spoke to them first time on 10th Dec, executive told me 2 days. cc: @vijayshekhar #poorcustomerservice
