@Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I’m not sure what @Paytm is gaining here by blocking just Rs. 3098/- on a cost of losing a customer and losing brand reputation. Is this the way of doing business just by fooling customers and blocking someone’s hard earned money?
