@Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

@Paytmcare There is no way Postpaid customer can speak to your customer service executive and get issue resolved .It is so bad I have tried everything but u do not chat or Call or raise a ticket for Post Paid Issues . Autmated bots are useless
