    @Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

    @Paytm ka customer suprt literally worst experience hai Helpline number pe call karo to baar baar app par redirect kar dete hainaur app me bhi timely response nahi milta. Agar basic customer support handle nahi kar sakte to aisi companies ko customers ka trust deserve hi nahi hai

    @Paytmcare Update: @Paytm customer support finally called me regarding my unresolved ticket. What’s concerning is the complete contradiction in responses. 1. Initially, Paytm’s chatbot clearly confirmed that the transaction had failed and the ticket was auto-cancelled.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @HeroFinCorpLtd This issue is still unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. EMI is wrongly shown and deducted as ₹3,421, which does not match the discussed loan repayment ₹15,269/month for ₹3,00,000 over 24 months. Ticket ID 200011338216 is open since 16 Apr

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Really fed up with the way Paytm handles customers. 4 days transaction blocked, no proper support, no callback, no direct customer care access, no empathy, only automated responses. If you claim 24×7 service, customers to reach and get help.

    Paytm just swallowed 2 days payment on behalf of sound box charges which is even not in use from last 1 year without even giving message of deduction and any in app notification just swallowed all my 2 days hard working money @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 4 days unable to transact due to “Malicious app found” error. No proper customer care response, no support, no solution, no direct contact or callback from Paytm. The issue is dragging in a very lethargic way while customers suffer.

    @Paytmcare @VARADAR36779348 A concern has been raised from last 2 days being following up on paytm help and support through app and landline no 0120-4456-456 and there it shows only 1 message "due to technical problem try after some time same"
