@Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

@Paytmcare Really you don't care of customers, Not able to refund my payment even after 4 days even though you have written as it will done in 1 to 3 working days of failed transaction status but still it's not done. Please tell me why ubr delaying ,@Paytm @vijayshekhar
