    @Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

    @Paytm Yesterday I won voucher of cashback upto Rs 500 for Pathaan Movie by doing 30 transactions but today when I am trying to book movie tickets it is showing offer is not active.We all are doing DM but they are responding 1-2 reply in 2 hours. Worst service. #paytmcare #Paytm

    @vijayshekhar Sir your company @Paytm making their customer fool and exploiting their money. Disappointed services by @Paytm. They charging late fees and deactivating services, charging convenience fees, Mobile recharges charges are also are their even can be recharge through banks app as well

    @Paytmcare I've asked it several times, how could i track all payments done with paytm postpaid. A simple transaction history would suffice. But you don't have that on your app and if you do, then it's fricking impossible to find. How difficult it is to provide a transaction list?

    It has been a repeated complaint with @Paytm that they make it extremely difficult to find the list of all transactions made with #paytm. No wonder your company is going down. Given the fact that i paid using paytm postpaid & the transaction was declined. But money was deducted.
