    @Paytmcare @Paytm amount is struck in suspense from 2 days. I don't have option to chat with customer care. Whereas in @PhonePeSupport they have option to chat and get the concern sorted.

    @Paytm Posting regarding my Paytm business sound box. I am assured for charges free box for my business. But charges applied several times. I am several Shops and box I am thinking to close all the sound box if not resolved the problem properly in time.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar The generic responses I’ve received "rest assured, we are working" are not helpful. There’s no clear reason for the delay or explanation for why this has taken so long. The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling.
