@Paytm @Paytmcare you guys have started following wrong practices on cashback. Every time need to raise ticket for cashback which first goes into pending, so otherwise you don't pay cashback & cheat? Also this time due to your pathetic help option, not able to even raise ticket.

@Paytm worst customer care. I called phone support and they asked me to use 24/7 but its system automated chat. nearly 2 days i am been trying to contact them but nouse.I paid rent from paytm postpaid and it failed. it has been more than 48hrs still money not reverted back
