@akashkesharwa15 @Paytm Paytm is just a mediator to make a revenue from them but not the customer centric. If anything goes wrong to the end User, they simply say "sorry sir it's not part of our bucket, we will have them to connect with you in sometime", who never comes back or doesn't sort our issue
