    @SuryodayBank @Paytmcare @Paytm- I applied for Paytm postpaid service and you ppl rejected my request post setting the mandate, can you explain the reason of rejection? Why you not rejected at initial stage? Why after mandate set-up? My registered number ending with you is *8705.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm we have a business account on paytm. It was dormant till date. Today just activated. We have legally changed the name of firm also. The change is not big. So we want to update the name and then only we will start using Paytm business..will you help us? Thanks

    @Paytmcare You team is asking me to contact SBI. WHY WOULD I? this issue or bug is induced by your pathetic app and it's your team who should be responsible for contacting sbi and getting the resolution. Why should I suffer? I am switching to another upi app now onwards. One last time I am saying I am not going to contact sbi and you should resolve this

    @Paytmcare my Paytm postpaid is not working for a week now. After submitting video KYC, it's been a week with no response on the ticket raised in the Paytm app care section. Worst company in terms of response.

    @Paytm it is very difficult to do any transaction with paytm. I paid credit card bill of 10k, which is showing in progress since yesterday morning. No customer care support. Thankfully i tried with 10k, my entire bill was more than 1lakh. Today is due date. No update on it
