    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare = 'Paytm not really care' for venting genuine issues to help. Need support to resolve the '1Epaytm' coupon code issue. Own it and be accountable to your offers. We use it as we trust Paytm to it.

    @Paytmcare are u ppl capable of resolving issues or not? been trying to complete my kyc for nearly a month. I get a reply "scheduled ur doorstep verification". Most irritating part, the complaint is marked resolved without it being resolved.

    @Paytm Bad customer service. We complained about an issue and called the customer service around 4-5 times to get the issue resolved. They kept us waiting on the call for 2hrs but no resolution to the issue and they cut the call.
