    @Paytm trying to add money to Wallet , not able as getting msg - Wallet inactive, Done KYC, Called CC numerous times , raised Ticket. No Solution since past 15 days- Pathetic Service and Response. Resolve on priority.

    @GooglePayIndia I bought gift card from @Paytm When I tried redeeming it, it said there's issue with my profile. Contacted support. Was asked to provide some docs in one form. After uploading docs, support is not responding. It's been more than 3wk now. Case ID [3-6460000032509]

    Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare , The Worst Customer Service getting right Now from Paytm Help. Recently My Mobile number unlink from my account automatically. Then I am trying to communicate with Paytm to add my phone number again to my account. But I am getting nothing.

    @Paytmcare My mother's account has been freezed. When my mother tried to login to another phone a new account got created in the same mobile number and now all her money is freezed. I have created a ticket since 13 feb and been talking to the executive. But they are of no help.
