@Paytmcare Since I ported my number recently, your app smartly detects a new SIM, but stupidly concludes that the number is changed and even asks me to update my number! And your so called 24x7 help (sic) offers no solution.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar A recurring issue w/ Paytm. Wn scang QR code, smtimes details of previously scanned QR code r loaded. If we don't verify merchant name captured(wch isn't usually done as scan is expected 2b error free) money is sent 2 prev merchant.Pls address this

Hello @Paytm @PaytmBank there was a suspicious deduction from my account on 23 sept. I have reported issue with in 45 mins. Before deduction i didn't got any notification or alert and i haven't permitted it.I have raised a support ticket but didn't got any satisfying response.
