    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar it's very wrost service I raised issue couple of days didn't respond properly i paid assurance amount 580 somthing where is my travel voucher it's really disgusting service no one respond properly
