    @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Onboarded on 29.5.2026 as Paytm Merchant. Till now not able to collect payment due to settlement issue not resolved. Also your ground sales team onboarded me with wrong number and now not picking call to change mobile number. Pathetic Service.

    @Paytm your AI chatbox keeps refreshing and not able to go through with filing a grievance redressal. Conveinently you have no customer care support through phone or email.

    Booked a flight from Navi Mumbai (NMI) ➝ Patna (PAT). Got my ticket and somehow it says Chhatrapati Shivaji (BOM) ➝ Patna instead Pretty sure I didn't select BOM. Is this an app glitch or has anyone else experienced this? @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Dear @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm My Paytm Payments Bank account was frozen long ago, and I still have money stuck in my account and FD. I already raised requests but haven’t received a resolution.Since the Paytm Bank app is no longer available, please help me withdraw my funds

    @Paytm I have cancelled a flight ticket from your platform and there is no update about the refund. The airline says they have sent the amount back but I don't see the same anywhere in the @Paytm app, and obviously the app support page is AI ENABLED so that makes it useless
