    @paytm My Holi Bash cards are not appearing on main screen even though cards are showing in collect screen. Puran Poli card quantity earned is 2 but main screen is just showing 1..Please fix issues with app. card earned through travel t8cket booking not getting counted..

    Dear @Paytm @HMRLHydMetro, I made a ₹500 UPI payment at Erragadda Metro Station counter today (17 Jul 2026, 10:31 AM). The Paytm POS machine showed "Payment Failed", but the amount was debited successfully from my SBI account through BHIM UPI. Transaction ID: 103130717411 The counter staff informed me that the refund may take up to 1 week, but I request an immediate refund as the transaction failed at the merchant's machine. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.

    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare stop using an AI bot to call and harass B2B customers. AI bot is not a key account manager. B2B customers need actual human support.

    How were senior citizens expected to know a TDR was required when Paytm itself showed “Train Cancelled”? This is a clear service failure. @Paytm @Paytmcare please take responsibility, investigate and refund ₹3,702.65 immediately. All supporting screenshots are attached. 3/3

    @PaytmCare @PaytmBusiness @paytm URGENT: I am unable to change my settlement setting to 'Next Day Payout' due to a continuous server error on your dashboard.     I am Facing financial harassment by @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness . Unauthorized Soundbox activated on MID uTAcde80738085895055 without consent. ₹155 deducted for a non-existent device. Support ignoring Case 200012302389. Resolve immediately before I escalate to @RBI Ombudsman.
