@paytm My Holi Bash cards are not appearing on main screen even though cards are showing in collect screen. Puran Poli card quantity earned is 2 but main screen is just showing 1..Please fix issues with app. card earned through travel t8cket booking not getting counted..

Both refunds stuck at the same stage till date Booking IDs: 6039421294,26038784803. Once payment is done do customer mean nothing? Where is our money?

@Paytmcare In my call with Paytm customer agent, the conversation shows like clear insurance fraud. Despite valid responses, the agent kept trying to find reasons to deny a legitimate claim. Since Paytm calls are recorded, this should be reviewed. I’m not naming the agent here!

@Paytm My rental plan was 1 rs / month but @PaytmBusiness is doing wrong practices increased rental charges quietly without informing or notification. They issue invoice of rs. 1 but quitely cut more than that from merchant account. nd Also changed the rental plan which is against t&c
