@paytm My Holi Bash cards are not appearing on main screen even though cards are showing in collect screen. Puran Poli card quantity earned is 2 but main screen is just showing 1..Please fix issues with app. card earned through travel t8cket booking not getting counted..

@Paytmcare wow this platform is amazing because any customer raise a complaint but there is no reponse - if they response than give me time more and more times ...they nothing do.. I don't trust third party app @paytm any more..

I raised a service query through @Paytm , I was told I will receive the applicable refund within 7days , but it's 22nd of May today . I've not received a single penny against my issue . From our side there was no fault . The passenger reached the airport 40mins before the flight

@Paytm there is no way to connect with your executive plz remove the 24*7 link from your app.... tried DM as well but no luck..late delivery is not an issue during restrictions but there is no way to contact your support team for query resolution #customerexperience
