@paytm My Holi Bash cards are not appearing on main screen even though cards are showing in collect screen. Puran Poli card quantity earned is 2 but main screen is just showing 1..Please fix issues with app. card earned through travel t8cket booking not getting counted..

Hey @Paytm @PaytmMall your support sucks! My order was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. Then it got postponed to today. Apparently it's still waiting to be shipped. And the kicker is, your support numbers don't work.

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Please train your customer service agents how to solve the issue and also please give them access to backend process. There is no sync between back end and front end executives. Reward employees like Abha Negi to motivate them.
