Unable to recharge prepaid meter (Genus) through @Paytm or the website of @UPPCLLKO @PVVNLHQ. Tried customer care multiple times, and they are unable to provide information also. This is not the 1st time. It has been very frequent. Please look into it as I am running low balance.
