@Paytmcare Issue with Paytm postpaid. I had already paid due amount of postpaid account within time limit, however late payment charges are levied on my postpaid account. Ticket for the same is already raised vide ticket id 22098243083 before 4 days ago but reply is still awaited. Poor ser

I had complained about soundbox deactive by tweeting, you replied that soundbox will be returned in 10 to 15 days but it did not return for 2 months, after that 250 rupees were deducted from my account at once, customer care says to delete the account @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness
