    @Paytmcare Many time request to stop paytm postpaid but not done. Already mail paytm no action. What did he do. I block my paytm account ya other any option.

    paytm has gotten so bad recently. so many glitches, very slow. asked me to fkn change my UPI pin every two months. **** you @Paytm switching to google pay (which has a very seamless and quick onboarding process and a v clean UI)

    @Paytmcare Provide the refund ARN/UTR number and confirm the exact credit date immediately. If this is not resolved today, I will escalate this issue to RBI and the Consumer Forum for further action.

    Is it just me, or does anyone else feel this way? @Paytm hasn't been working properly for some time. So much slow I have to reopen app 3-4 times. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    @Paytmcare @Paytm You need to fix your app. It doesn't work on One UI 8.5 devices. Even on the backend, my flight booking is not confirmed on your end after the payment and there's no way to reach your humans. Tired of the useless bots you have.
