@Paytmcare Many time request to stop paytm postpaid but not done. Already mail paytm no action. What did he do. I block my paytm account ya other any option.

@PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar @Paytm I have even tried calling and emailing but have always received basic responses explaining me steps to check my monthly rental. Such a bad service. You treat your customers like garbage. Atleast have the decency to deliver what you promise.

@Paytm Request raised to close paytm postpaid account 2months back. Still not closed. 0.1 is outstanding if I making the payment it was not according. Please close my account. Also provide customer care number for paytm postpaid.

@Paytmcare Extremely poor customer service for such a brand. My number 9540054005 has postpaid activated of which last date was 10th september but all attempts to make payments failed before 10th & now it asks for 295 extra on payment of 1600 so better remove it or forget it idiots
