So frustrated with @Paytmcare! My mother's been trying to close an older account for a week and has submitted all reqd KYC documents. There's been no response on ticket raised and we have not been able to find a customer care no. It shouldn't be this mind-numblingly hard!!

@Paytm on 17 Nov without my knowledge hotstar subscription was renewed from my paytm wallet,since then I m trying to contact ur customer care but either ur site is freezing or option is not working .kindly look into the matter.

@HDFCBank_Cares while doing a P2P txn through UPI got transaction error & immediately got call from +914461607475 and was asked to transact after 4 hrs. Was trying to pay on @Paytmcare QR. Talked to HDFC cust care but they couldn't confirm number. Anyone can help @NPCI_NPCI ?

@Paytm What happened to my money ? U have not delivered my item and ur asking me to wait till the courier returns u the item? why should I wait when it was not delivered to me itself ? U r dragging the issue of refunds by giving lame excuses ?
