    @Paytmcare @Paytm Harassed by forced delivery of an old, broken Soundbox! Deducting unauthorized charges despite 'lifetime free' promise. Ticket #500007029542 pending forever, executive never visits, chatbot stuck in a loop. Refund & deactivate NOW or I'll go to RBI.

    @Paytmcare This is not an IRCTC issue. Please stop shifting the blame. The problem occurred due to a technical error on the Paytm app (“Fetching Error”), because of which no booking confirmation was visible and I couldn’t take any action like cancellation or filing TDR.

    @Paytmcare Thank you for finally looking into the issue. It isn’t about my refund but about the trust we as consumers put into the new age Indian companies. But what amuses me is that response was quick only after tagging @vijayshekhar Anyways I’ve shared the requisite data required on mail

    @Paytm @MoCA_GoI please help as Paytm is not replying on this. International roundtrip flights are cancelled by operator but Paytm is not responding. I had booked tickets through @Paytm . I have the cancellation confirmation from the airline operator as well. Already sent to paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Pathetic service from paytm I have cancelled my spicejet ticket on 24th March and booked it via paytm, Spicejet mentioned that they have initiated the refund, but it's been more than 2 weeks now and paytm didn't give me a single penny back. Prioritize this.
