    @Paytmcare I did upi transaction through your app. Not 1 but 3 and those transactions are no where in passbook. I try calling your number and try to add rrn but it resets. Absolutely pathetic service. Really need to switch apps.

    @Abhishe29414602 @Paytmcare @Paytm PNR 4655596611 cancelled being Waitlist after chart preparation, Amount 780 will be refunded in your account within 3-4 days.-IRCTC Till now Amount is not refunded. I have contacted Paytm customer but no response.

    @Paytmcu19855479 When I have reached down to Twitter from paytm so don’t you thinks I would have been to 24*7 option of paytm ..they do nothing apart robotic chat . Kindly look into matter and help me out as I am using paytm since long . @Paytmcare .

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Very poor and pathetic service. Fastag is not activated even after a week. Registered several complaint and follow up but no solution.

    @Paytmcare please help me unfreeze my account and take out my money. My phone number belonged to someone else and Paytm used their adhar card for KYC. Now Paytm won't accept my pan card because the mismatch
