    I’m using Paytm from last 10 years and one incident happened with in 2020 that’s someone have bypassed my phone and stolen otp to login the Paytm account I lost my account with my money and information after that many a times my Paytm no 8287475646 @Paytm @OnePay @vijayshekhar

    @sub1301 @Paytm @DCCyberKP Hi Subrata, the only way to handle this is to raise a cyber crime complaint and a chargeback request with Bank of Baroda. I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance. Once the payments are a success, only your Bank can help you further to raise a fraud dispute. Please let us know if you need any guidance in raising this and I can walk you through it over a call.

    @Paytmcare Pls refund for a cancelled @IndiGo6E flight! Indigo refunded the amount, but it's stuck with Paytm. Your app's customer care isn't helpful. Please assist! Booking ID: 26993710263 PNR: WF3FKK BOM to VNS on 12 May 2026. it’s been Month.

    This is a clear case of service downgrade and misrepresentation. Customers paid for AC Sleeper comfort but received a completely different service without prior notice. Requesting immediate intervention, investigation, and appropriate refund/compensation. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    Dear @Paytm and @DigitInsurance, Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of resolution. I renewed my vehicle insurance policy (Vehicle No. OD02AK9911) through Paytm on Digit Insurance two days ago. Payment was successfully completed and KYC was also done. Yet no policy.
