    Paytm @Paytmcare Your AI support is frustrating. It traps users in endless automated replies with no easy way to reach a human agent. AI should assist, not replace customer support especially when people’s money is involved.Please bring back easy access to human support. #Paytm

    @Paytmcare Hi Team, There is no option to connect with a live agent on Paytm. Every time it shows me a ticket that is being worked. Why can’t you tell me the timelines by when can I expect a revert or refund on my issue. Will refrain next time to use Paytm for vouchers. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @RamMNK @paytm @paytmcare Really mentall harssament by paytm team for not procesing of refund. Airline team confirmed they will process the refund but paytm team not ready. Sir, please help on this my Paytm Booking ID : 27345517995
