@Paytm I have been trying for a month to get the KYC sorted to use my Paytm wallet. No agent ever comes online and I cannot get an appointment slot! Terrible service... Is there someone who i can call to sort this out should I completely abandon Paytm?@vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I did a transaction on 17th oct , the amount was decucted from my account but the transaction on the app is showing pending , when i click on it it is showing paid. I raised the issue it said the customer care will respond within 4 hours but its been past that .
