2/2 I had to pay in cash also since txn was failure in paytm app. @Paytm customer care tells me the txn is successful even though status in app is still failure. The receiver refuses to share his bank account statement while denying receiving money.

The @RBI has bannned @Paytm Payments Bank from onboarding new customers with immediate effect. The bank has been directed to appoint an IT audit firm to conduct a comprehensive system audit of its IT system, RBI said in a short press release on its website.#paytm #rbi

@Paytmcare Paytm has stopped my payment for 2 days and says that this is the service charge of your sound box which your sales person did not tell I want a refund. And yesterday I called paytm to return the soundbox for refund to which I have not received any reply till now.

I stopped using @Paytm a couple of years back, I observed something fishy which their customer service could not resolve. Uninstalled on the same day and never used it again. @UPI_NPCI is best through your bank app. Don't fall for cashbacks.
