    Worst customer support @Paytm . I have an open ticket since 12 April 2026, my issue is not resolved. Upon asking about the escalation matrix, paytm has now stopped responding on the support chat as well This is truly unacceptable. They do not have any number to call to as well.

    I booked an flight from Paytm and now trying to cancel and connect with Paytm mail or customer support for some reasons but Paytm customer support sucks @Paytm @Paytmcare
