    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare The response is not acceptable. Asking me to “wait for the timeline” does not address the issue. There is no valid reason to keep active until 18th next month. Repeating the same timeline is not a resolution.

    Experiencing the worst service from @airindia & @Paytm regarding a tax invoice. I've mailed GST support and raised tickets, but zero response. The portal rejects my request saying "PAN not registered with GSTIN"-I am an individual, I don't have a GST number!

    @Paytm @Paytmcare This turns out to be that paytm customer care workers are not working and I had to remind them that you guys have pending tickets so they can close them . No wonder why Paytm is in huge losses where they can't communicate properly with customers #paytm #paytmirresponsibility
