Worst service provided by @Paytmcare @Paytm Initially i had charged ₹29 for my 3 sound box . After few months their staff came & told me to upgrade the device to life time rental free plan.For this they charged me ₹99 one time charges.

@deepakabbot Bill payments has been a great customer acquisition / customer familiarisation tool. Should be looked at from that lens. Companies can even use it today to get customers. It was a different animal when @Paytm did it, onboarding one at a time. That was hard and tremendous value at that time.

Paid my @WBSEDCL1 bill via the QR on their bill using Paytm UPI (ICICI Bank) payment went through, but no acknowledgement received and bill still shows pending. Customer care keeps saying “office e dekha korun” instead of helping. Feeling harassment @Paytmcare @ICICIBank_Care
