    @Paytm Payment business team is the worst. There is no proper support system, unnecessary charges are applied, and the service is completely disappointing. It feels like a fraud company with zero customer care and no accountability. Very bad experience.

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare just checked, Paytm has failed my transaction and telling payment will be refunded. And here they were in fully confidence that we have sent payment. What a worst service ever, they don’t have any proper customer care support also, the worst Ai chatbot only comes.

    My Paytm account is closed for a long time, I have also lodged a complaint but have not received any help yet, it is showing account under review, please resolve my problem as soon as possible. @Paytmcare @Paytm
