    @Paytmcare Are you doing anything or not to solve the bloody problem?? Bloody frauds!!! Atleast acknowledge the problem first and have some professional communication!!! Noone should ever use paytm!! I will file a police complaint if my issue is not resolved right now!!

    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare

    Dear @Paytm & @TheOfficialSBI Its been 8 days since i did a transaction on #paytm using sbi debit card & the transaction got failed But didn't receive any refund yet. The refund reference number provided by Paytm showing invalid on sbi website. Please help @Paytmcare
