  I had raised a POS machine surrender request to @Paytm through 2 call centre support call & one email since 16/05/2022.Its been one & a half month but no action taken so far because they need to collect monthly rent.Its a daylight robbery. Worst ever customer support @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare Hello, I had placed a Myntra order using Postpaid, however I cancelled it and there's no sign of refund and it's already 3 days. And when I try to get help in the app it says NO TRANSACTIONS! Please look into this @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare @Paytm Getting help from the paytm app is a night mare. In the chat section they only allow preset questions. And if my question is not listed, then no luck..!! #paytmfraud Money deducted twice from my account and not able to get any help!!

  @Paytmcare What kind of support you are giving?? Only tweets reply with no solution. Payments already done for Paytm postpaid on 27th and paytm send me email, sms with warning alert for deactivation of account. What are doing on your seats??
