@Paytm pathetic service by paytm. My account is blocked without giving prior information for kyc. I have a Paytm fasttag and i started my journey from pune to bangalore. Tried contacting their cc and they keep on transferring my call to resolve but nothing happened.

Paytm screenshot is from my end, I tried to book tickets on day when Paytm started accepting bookings around 8-8:30pm and I got above error. Same was tweeted to @Paytmcare @Paytm but no luck
