    @Paytm if u can't provide proper vouchers and ur support system is ONLY AI how can a customer contact support service. Why for everything u ppl need AI. i m not able to redeem the voucher but ur AI SYSTEM IS not Helping me as it doesn't have that feature. CRAZY

    @PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare If you don't want to keep customers, then why do you have the platform, just end it. AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? I had just one small complaint that the money is coming directly into my account. Why do I need a business account? If I want to receive payment directly, then I can do it through any normal UPI.But you people or I closed your FIR directly without any solution, what nonsense is this?

    @Paytm @YoloBus My Srinagar–Delhi bus 5 July was scheduled to depart at 3:00PM. I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an “issue.” No prior call SMS or notification was sent. Yet my refund has been denied twice.

    @Paytm My Paytm account has not been working for more than 15 days, and my issue is still unresolved. Every time I raise the concern on X, I receive the same response saying that the team is “working on it,” but there has been no actual resolution.

    @Paytm I want my wallet statement for certain period and your chatbot is not able to help and can I have your customer care email ID and grievance matrix to follow. This is an urgent matter , request your immediate attention please .
