    @Paytm your app is worst app. I have sell the gold of rs 50 rs from Paytm gold, but I received the amount of rs 49 only. The customer care is telling to contact merchant but I can't see a option to contact the merchant. What this!

    @Paytm Payment business team is the worst. There is no proper support system, unnecessary charges are applied, and the service is completely disappointing. It feels like a fraud company with zero customer care and no accountability. Very bad experience.

    @NPCI_NPCI UPI doesn't work with Nepali e-sewa bank QR code, Gpay throws an error but @Paytmcare stupidly considers the mob. no. info captured in the QR to be an indian number instead and facilitates sending β‚Ή to that number. I, out of habit and in a hurry, ended up losing money

    @Paytm I have cancelled a flight ticket from your platform and there is no update about the refund. The airline says they have sent the amount back but I don't see the same anywhere in the @Paytm app, and obviously the app support page is AI ENABLED so that makes it useless
