@Paytm your app is worst app. I have sell the gold of rs 50 rs from Paytm gold, but I received the amount of rs 49 only. The customer care is telling to contact merchant but I can't see a option to contact the merchant. What this!

@malikgarv @Paytm When done well it can work ...but it's really bad on Paytm mall. They switched too soon. Eg amazon, I can get 99% resolution with automated Similarly used to love swiggy's customer support I don't enjoy talking to customer support :)

after12days also my money not credit back to my dhani account which was dedicated for failed payment, @Paytm has clearly told that.. money was not debited by them that prove i have already sent you,you are talking too much time2resolve my issue,am loosing trust on @dhanicares now

One reason I am not very bullish on @Paytm mall is the extremely horrible non existent customer support. Even banks are better . Everything is a loop with 0 ways to talk to a human.
