@Paytm @vijayshekhar Dont trust Paytm customer care. When you call 1204456456 for help they don’t have access to basic data with them. It is just front desk with out any clue. Only single sentence they will say is “back end office will check”. Ticket ID:3248700607, 3248700279

@SwiggyCares I have simple query. When I told you the transaction id of @Paytm , why didn't your team directly contact them to ascertain the status of that transaction. Why don't you want to initiate refund? This is the response to person having paid service "one membership". Very pathetic.

@Paytmcare how to surrender the physical debit card of paytm payment bank. I want to continue using the digital debit card with the same debit card number and hence don't want to block the ATM card.
