@Paytmcare taken a top-up loan from you and showing amount to be disbursed soon for last 2days.There is no option to chat and only option for automated reply service which is so bad.even small company gives facility of call support and paytm unable to afford.

@Paytm My paytm wallet is Freeze since last one month. I already visited more than 3 times at your kyc centre but Error comes when biometric do. Then your customer care send SMS link and I provide my all kyc document with selfie also before 7 days ago but still my wallet FREEZE

@Paytm I bought an android paytm POS machine, they told me charges for debit card will be 0.40% for life time, but after 2,3 months charges have been changed to 1%!!! I tried calling customer care but they said they can’t help me. Such bad experience!! #bakwaspaytm

@Paytmcare Can you look at Paytm digital gold which is not working from last 17 days. Error is showing. you don't have any customer care no or email id where we can complaint. Very very very bad service by Paytm. I will recommend to everyone that don't invest any amount in paytm
