Proud to be a fan of AA 🪓 (@Proudtobeafano1) reported@Paytmcare SpiceJet had already confirmed refund to Paytm on 29 April itself, yet the amount was withheld for weeks without proper response through support channels. Consumers should not be compelled to pursue legal proceedings for legitimate refunds already acknowledged by the airline.

Kunal (@kunal_cs) reported@Paytmcare They resolved the issue citing some other cashback offer for a transaction made on 07/05/2026. This is not what my issue pertained to. The complaint raised was regarding the Flipkart transaction I had made on 08/05/2026 with UPI reference number 302178464736.
