    @Amitk85 @Paytm Yes buddy.. even I had the same Customer Care problems.. anytime u call they r always so very busy. it's like they are counting that how many grains are there in 1kg Wheat... However my problem was solved.. but still their customer care service is damn too slow even than Tortoise

    @Paytm i recieved 14,132 cash back points for adding money in the wallet on 2nd of November 2021 and it's been 8 days that its still not credited to the cashback points. Its showing it will be credited in 24hrs since 2nd of November and I'm not able to connect to customer service

    @Paytm company will choose a new way to cheat with their customer company have an option that first membership option and they don't have any option to cancel this and their customer care also ask them that we refund the amount if you cancel it
