UPI Ref No: 695010210001 Screenshots attached. @canarabank @KotakBankLtd @Paytm — please help initiate a refund/chargeback as per NPCI guidelines for erroneous UPI transfers. Also requesting support to obtain the receiver’s contact details so we can recover the money directly.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I scanned and paid on a Paytm Qr, but the payment gone to someone else and all other times the name of the original vendor came. I had to pay twice because of your glitch. Kindly look into it and refund me.
