I made a flight booking using travel booking feature for indigo airlines and later had to cancel. @IndiGo6E promptly initiated the refund showing great customer obsession 👏. But, @Paytm didnt refund the money yet.

The worst part, @Paytm doesnt allow you to speak with customer care. No matter which way you contact them, they always redirect u to create ticket. And no one will ever reach out to resolve it. @Paytmcare

Hi @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @Paytm It's been 2 years since you blocked my Paytm bank account and no action since then. If you find the suspicious transaction amount credited to my account, you can block that amount. But freezing my hard earned money is not at all acceptable.
