    @Paytmcare @Paytm flight cancelled by airline i raised ticket in the app still no reponse . then i posted on twitter regarding my issue still no resolution no customer support what is going on .. worst experience.

    @nuegoindia My 1st experience with nuego went horrible today. Bus broke down on way from lko to Ggn near agra.Took much time to arrange a replacement. It's arranged bt nt moving further & staff is continuously arguing with passengers.Pathetic service.Stuck on the way. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare The Brand is not responding! We tried every possible means to contact them, but of no use. Now, you instead of taking any initiative to resolve the issue, just shrugging off it to the brand, who is your associate! Don't you have any moral responsibility towards customers?

    @Paytm Bought aldo gift card n it has been refused in store - as contacted customer care via app no response just robot generated replies Store staff is refusing it and telling me to contact to paytm itself

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare worst payment application so far I have used. No customer service no help nothing can be hoped from your side. Don't force me to go for an ombudsman. No action taken till date.

    @Paytmcare I booked an Akasa Air flight through Paytm Travel but I have been informed by Akasa Air that the flight has been cancelled. Their customer care have asked me to reach out to Paytm customer care to initiate the refund process but I am unable to get hold of a human agent.
