@vijayshekhar @paytm unreliable platform. UPI is not handled properly. one UPI ID, registered to a KYC Customer, is also linked to someone else account having different name. Someone else account is also using the same UPI ID of the @paytm simultaneously. #paytmfraud

More than 6 months, still haven’t received refund! Reached customer service, Grievance officials several times but no resolution. Hat’s off to your confidence on Indian judicial system because customer will never go legally for some 4000 Rs! @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
