Hello I have contact Paytm postpaid through Aditya birla for the repayment and the customer care executive has refused to transfer the Call to the supervisor and said me to call back aftr an hr and I was mailing from last 1 and half years no resolution @AdityaBirlaGrp @Paytm

It’s more than 15-20 days I had applied for top-up loan on @Paytm @Paytmcare app, however it hasn’t been disbursed yet and no help recd from any of your 24x7 CC services. Please update ASAP. Worst experience as of now from Paytm.
