@Paytmcare Highly disappointed with Paytm's pathetic FasTAG payment service. On 10th April 2022, Rs.425 got deducted TWICE from my Paytm wallet for FasTAG payments on Chandigarh-Delhi journey. I need customer care to call me & refund Rs. 425 into my Paytm wallet at the earliest.

After so many twits, discussion & proof I couldn't recieve the money deducted from my fastag without using it. This is a serious issue and @Paytm @Paytmcare should deal with it seriously. Customers are facing big problem . If they do not fight, they losses their money.
