@Paytmcare Booking done in minutes and support is to be waited for 4 hours which is more than a movie show time. And you say 24/7 support.

I’ve requested to deactivate my postpaid account in February 10th.Why Is my postpaid account active? Supposed to be deactivated by 8th Mar.#PaytmPostpaid is always selected for payments Sent multiple DMs to @Paytmcare and no proper response and no customer care executive contact.

@paytmbankcare I do not understand why it’s taking so long. But I must say the help section on @Paytm app is a joke. You guys don’t reply at all and then the ticket gets closed without a solution.

@Paytmcare My account for dormant and I completed by Kyc to activate my account and it didn't work. I raised the ticket on 22nd of Feb & support is saying they are having technical issue. Issue for over 20 days just to activate the dormant account? Support is so bad.
