@PaytmTravel @Paytm failed to confirm my bus ticket after 4 days of booking. Today called the customer care to confirm my ticket and they refunded my amount. Tomorrow is my journey and there are no seats available in the bus. Such a pathetic service. Tweeted out of frustration😣
