  @Paytmcare The reply stated doesn't meet the requirement of resolving the issue and trust me Paytm should move out from ticket booking as they don't have a good bandwidth with it.

  @Paytm I have been following up with customer care for the last 2 months to close my newly created paytm account and keep my old account active, but I have never seen such worst customer handling. No one knows how to fix the issue. Is there any timeline to close a ticket?

  @Paytmcare @PaytmTickets you guys are pathetic with the service provided wherein you don't allow customers to cancel a ticket which has been booked and as per various cinema outlets a part of cancellation fee is deducted and the rest is refunded back. Please stop selling tickets.
