Done One transaction through UPI On 9th May of Rs. 9000 through Paytm and Amount got debited from PNB A/c and was not credited to beneficiary account even after 2 working days @pnbindia @Paytm @Paytmcare . The complaint was raised on pnb customer care as well as Paytm.

@Paytm I am NRI with no domestic indian bank account. I have NRO account which i would like to use. The phone number associated with the NRO account is US mobile number. I am on a vacation here in India and would like to use Paytm with my NRO account. Please help.

@Paytmcare Hi team I have pave rs. 500 paytm gift card which I am trying to add but it's giving me error "you have use this code multiple times for the same campaign" But thing is that I never used multiple times. I am facing this issue only with 500 rs gift card.

Seriously I'm fed up of Paytm business support in bangalore, no proper support, representative hang up calls without resolving issues, Sound box does not charge nobody reverted with resolution although complaint was raised 2 business days ago...@Paytm @PaytmBusiness

@JioCare today i got a call from one of your customer executive she gave me UTR NO which was issued once you tried to send money in my account on 28th april but as i checked with @Paytmcare no such UTR no. Exists. Kindly solve my problem.

@Paytmcare @Paytm last one month i am struggling to login to my account however I always force to create new account rather than login to existing. Worse customer care experience as the are working like robot rather understanding the issue.
