Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I want to redeem my points to book flight ticket thru paytm, but it denies and says my KYC is not done. I've tried many times, but its same. My UPI ID, mobile no and email id all are showing on my paytm ac than why my KYC is not done? Plz help!

@Paytm worst experience.. Paytm created 2 profile with same number... issue not resolved from last 20day...now i uses the new profile..I am not able to complete KYC bcz my aadhaar already in use with older profile..so I decide to uninstall paytm..
