@Paytm @Paytmcare There’s been no update to my ticket 3137721122 for 1.5 weeks. My money has just vanished and balance gone to 0! And live customer service can never be reached. Pathetic!

the customer service sucks! i got defrauded and complained. in turn, they have blocked my account! i have given docs many times but its still blocked. my number is not allowed to call #paytmcare so i can at least understand the issue. shifting to Phonepe. Sad day @vijayshekhar
