    Hi @Paytmcare ! Due to issues in Bihar Sharif the internet was blocked in city from 31/03/2023 to 08/04/2023. So, I couldn’t able to pay postpaid bill. I am charged an amount of 590 on 08/04/2023. Please waive off this charge. #BiharSharif

    @Paytm PAYTM is looting it's customers through its postpaid service. There is no option to stop the service in the app. At the Time of payment Postpaid is the default option. They never told that it is a form of loan reflecting in our CIBIL.

    @Paytmcare i booked a bus ticket of morning star travels and the bus was cancelled by the operator with out any prior intimation, my problem was not solved by the paytm customer team also. Worst service by the paytm portal, Literally cheating the people I will sue against you
