    @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness @paytm don’t use paytm buissness,use another app like gpay and phone pay or any another app they are giving best services and also customer services is very good. Its been more than 60 days but paytm haven’t found any solution to my issue.Poor Service

    Paytm has the worst customer support. Their grievance redressal officer is literally of no use. I have been trying to contact them to solve my issue since so long. They keep on running from the situation . @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    @Paytmcare I purchased a PVR Gift Card worth ₹500 (Order ID: 25838240006, 23 Aug 2025). But on INOX website/app it asks for Card No + PIN, while Paytm has issued only a single code. Unable to use the gift card. Please resolve ASAP. #Paytm #GiftCardIssue

    Hi @Paytmcare and @Paytm Its been 3 days since i have raised my issue and you promised to look into it asap. But till now there has been no update from your side which is not acceptable.if this is how you act then we might need to go in legal way like consumer court case

    @Paytmcare my flight today at 12pm is cancelled and air india is asking us to contact paytm. There is no option to talk to customer care executive and no reschedule option on Paytm. can you please help.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar why are you guys such a pain to customer, it's just 633 rupees refund and you guys ghosting customer, no call backs. When I tried calling your customer support, I was on hold for 45mins after which I gave up. Shame on you Vijay
