  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytmcare @kunalku04394536 Paytm, this is extremely disappointing. Multiple spending mandates are being processed across multiple accounts on the same day, and even after repeated complaints, they are neither stopped nor cancelled. Such poor handling very bad service @Paytmcare

  Hello @flyspicejet , @Paytmcare has not received the refund yet what is going on from yr side ?? I want my refund as it's more than 12 days gone. One thing I have to say both paytm and spicejet don't care for customer. PNR : NGNL3N Other details already sent u so many times.

  @Paytmcare i am not able to book nashik citilinc city bus tickets. Even i tapped on choose city there other options ahmdabad surat goa mumbai but there is no nashik city to choose. Please solve this problem
