  @Paytmcare I sent the message , still no solution , is this a way @vijayshekhar paytm treats the customer??? A simple phone call will solve all the issue, but you people intentionally making us to wait for months

  @paytm my phone got stolen and the thief has setup new paytm upi and changed my upi pin and done the transaction worth rs 94,999 I have also lodged a cyber crime complaint when I login to paytm in my device it is showing no active session but he is actively trying to do payments

  It has been 6 months since I closed my Paytm fastag but wallet balance and security deposits hasn't been transferred to my bank account. Can you look this matter? It is really disappointing that there isn't any customer care number that is working @PaytmBank @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare @kunalku04394536 Paytm, this is extremely disappointing. Multiple spending mandates are being processed across multiple accounts on the same day, and even after repeated complaints, they are neither stopped nor cancelled. Such poor handling very bad service @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare Aap logo ki commitment ki koi ehmiyad hoti hai ya nhi? Its been more then 15-20 days still facing issue no resolution. I think need to deactivate your paytm. Useless

  @Paytm @Paytmcare is it true to reject the paytm postpaid application for just pincode? I have experience the rejection just cz of pincode, is it truly matters. Come to the tier 2 and 3 cities people earn and save more from tier 1 cities people. Tier 2 and 3 people are more disciplined instead of 1. Issue is not application got rejected but the reason is what pincode? Seriously **** !

  @Paytm @Paytmcare After switching to a new device my same phone number couldn't be verified. Despite of every settings are correct I could not even log in to my account since last 8 days. Please raise a ticket and resolve my problem
