@Paytm PayTm, Very bad example of customer service. Example of irresponsible behaviour. No resolution of the kyc case. Wasted hours of time while connecting to the irresponsible executives. Onus will fall to whom? Please correct the fix and give my money back.

@Paytmcare Hello Paytm! I want to know the reason that why my bank account is debited frozen. From last 3 days I am calling on customer care & I'm not getting any reply that why my account got frozen. There was no intimation from bank side regarding the block.
