  @Paytmcare I am not interested in a phone conversation regarding this matter anymore, as your customer care agents only give standard, unhelpful replies. I require a clear, technical response in writing here regarding why my default preference was overridden.

  @Paytmcare The problem is you can't go beyond your own hidden terms and conditions. Please refer you terms and conditions before assuring help. On payment page you showed as eligible for cashback once done nothing received when checked under order section it says only for first time users.

  @Paytm Do you even verify companies before issuing coupons, or list any fraud brand? Bought earbuds using a Paytm coupon—product is complete garbage & company support number is switched off! If I pay you tomorrow to sell ***** instead of talcum powder, who takes responsibility?

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet My SpiceJet flight was cancelled. SpiceJet Customer Care has confirmed that my refund was processed to Paytm on 12 Aug. Paytm has still not refunded my money. I have already raised a complaint and sent emails, but there is still no proper response
