@Paytm I have booked a bus ticket on 19.11.21 from Rajkot to Gandhinagar. Unfortunately I booked it for 5.30 pm instead of 5.30 am, I tried cancelling the ticket but there was an error occurring. I had contacted your customer care dept but still my issue have not been resolved.

@Paytmcare not able to add account in my business paytm account , customer support says that there is an option in the app but there is no option for the same . Pathetic service . I am losing a lot in my business due to that .

@vijayshekhar Paytm accptd pymnt in my deactivated PayTm a/c. 24X7 helpline say I haven't recd. it & it's refunded to customer (though customer hasn't recd. it) @Paytmcare in DM says that it's credited to my a/c. 20 days no clarity where is the money?? Pls get it resolved.
