I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an “issue.” No prior call SMS or notification was sent. Yet my refund has been denied twice.

I checked your ₹500 payment and found that Bank of Baroda declined the UPI debit due to insufficient balance. No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. Meanwhile, you can use your SBI account. I'm here if you need any help.

AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? I had just one small complaint that the money is coming directly into my account. Why do I need a business account? If I want to receive payment directly, then I can do it through any normal UPI.But you people or I closed your FIR directly without any solution, what nonsense is this?
