@Paytmcare Hi this is jayanth.On 17th june I tried to add money into the paytm wallet.Till now it hasbeen showing me that it is being processed.Pls try to resolve the issue.Reflect the amount in my wallet or process the refund.I dont know why but its disconnecting when i call.

What the hell is wrong with @Paytm @Paytmcare ? Such a useless service and pathetic support. Completed kyc using pan and Aadhar still not able to use wallet balance. Paytm you suck so much since corona. Reg no 7980879213. Immediately get this sorted !!!

@Paytmcare done payment on JioMart, per prevailing offer I should have received a cash back scratch card upto Rs 750 with minimum assured cash back of Rs 25. But I have not received ANY cash back.Raised complaint in ur App but they r replying absurd. Tkt Id 3191716439. Pls help.

@Paytmcare When asked for a refund of penalty that was because of your company, you very smartly have chosen to remain mum on this. If customer support is perceived to be like what you provide, then I’m happy my business is more ethical than yours @Paytm !!
