  @Paytm @YoloBus My Srinagar–Delhi bus 5 July was scheduled to depart at 3:00PM. I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an “issue.” No prior call SMS or notification was sent. Yet my refund has been denied twice.

My ₹843 is still stuck, and the insurance company has confirmed they have not received the payment. Kindly check my DM and resolve this issue at the earliest.   @PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare problem facing regarding the ticket id 500010248984 raised on 3rd July 2026 regarding the deactivation of sound box. You people cannot find service engineer in one the biggest twin city of Hyderabad to deactivate the device.
