@Paytmcare My ticket no. 3136075936 raised on 25/12/22 is not resolved till now. These customer care people are asking for same thing like authorisation to close, copy of passbook again and again. Disgusting..please close all my accounts where my aadhaar and pan card is linked..

@Paytmcare My ticket no. 3136075936 raised on 25/12/22 is not resolved till now. These customer care people are asking for same thing like authorisation to close, copy of passbook again and again. Cant they look at the previous messages. Really disgusting..

@Paytm I made my account on my existing no. With minimum KYC later due to technical issues I had to close that account. I made a new account on same no. But wasn't able to do the KYC part as my docx were being shown as already in use.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare I am struggling for just a Mail-Id update for 4 days. Your Customer Care doesn't even know what to do! When I first lodged the complaint it showed me 4 hours. After this, I asked the customer care they told you have to wait for 48 hours.

@flyspicejet it’s been 4 long months I haven’t received my refund for the flight cancellation. first of all your customer service is pathetic it takes 40 min to connect a call. Seriously??? @Paytm even this is same with you. I hope I get the refund amount at the earliest.

@Paytmcare @Paytm Hi Paytm, I am very to say that even 45 days my EKYC issue not resolved. Refer the Ticket ID:3126343562 for more information. Pls let me know the timelines to resolve the issue. If you are not able to resolve the issue then give the justification.
