  Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

  As a first reaction, checked the app and found that my tickets were but there wasn't any seats allotted because when app had crashed, I didn't had selected any seats. Then I reported the issue to @Paytmcare on twitter DM and then cancelled my tickets. To get back the amount (2/n)

  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am unable to pay rent through paytm app for that i am trying to connect to customer care from last 3-4 days but i was unable to do that. This is the reason paytm fall because paytm doesn’t care about thier customer please resolve my issue
