  Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

  Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

  Pathetic and unacceptable service by @Paytmcare @Paytm. I started using the Paytm merchant account and purchased the sound box, but it has had issues since Day 1. Tried contacting the assigned agent multiple times - now he’s not even answering calls. Very unprofessional service.
