Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

If you’re not capable of Generate a Proper bill, stop your postpaid services. Who charge 590 rs for one day late payment?? Still around 2600 is not showing anywhere in statement! @Paytmcare @Paytm not acceptable. Resolve this issue Refund my 590 or I will go to @jagograhakjago
