Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytm i am trying to reach paytm care to deactivate paytm postpaid from many weeks but no intiative was taken by paytm care. Paytm postpaid is a trap. They are charging high convenience fee every month It is unethical way of extorting money from customer.
