  Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

  Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

  @Paytmcare I tried booking a train ticket but the ticket wasn’t confirmed and it showed me that the refund has been processed. I do not see the money being refunded in my bank account? Could you please help me with this? Your customer care number is useless and of no help.

  @Paytm I have been using paytm from long time but today I got unauthorized transaction from pytm whn i am calling customer care I have not got satisfaction from that now I am going to lodge complain in consumer forum.
