Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare I was unable to cancel my bus tickets due to Tech issue was occured at your end. PAYTM is just betraying me that you won' t get any refund even after I was eligible for refund. This is disgusting & horrible exp.Pls expedite else I wl go to consumer forum.
