    Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

    Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

    @Paytm @Paytmcare your application is ****. Amount gets deducted twice still it shows payment pending. Neither we get the payment done nor the amount back. Pathetic!

    @Paytmcare it's has been many months now the issue is reported however no resolution just getting reply to wait for few days , after few days again few days, why can't you provide a specific days
