    Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

    @Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

    Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare @Paytm I’ve DM’d 4 times but no fix for 25 days. “Access Denied / Hang on tight” appears right after entering my number (OTP screen never comes). Tried reinstall, network reset, other networks/devices. Looks like false device/IP block. Please resolve.

    @Paytmcare I am not able to login to paytm app which is required for mobile number change, since I don't have outgoing facility on that number. I can receive otp but there is no provision to login to app with otp alone. What kind of stupid design is this where one can't even login to app?

    @Paytmcare Hi Paytm Care, Despite multiple follow-ups and sharing all details via DM, my refund (Booking ID: 26895052700) initiated on 16 April is still not processed after 13+ days. Your own policy states 5–7 working days, which has clearly been violated.
