Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Done a wallet to bank transfer 3 days ago but some how due to technical error, it gets to pending status. 3 days passed and still not credited. Not even replying to DMs. Correct your service @Paytm . You should give a retry option after 24 hours. ****** service. 😤 @Paytmcare
