  Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

  @Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

  Hello @paytmbankcare @Paytm I have installed your soundbox at my place couple of months back through your agent and after few days It stopped working and the same guy took it back to repair it and he didn't came back and even stopped answering the calls. Hence discontinued Paytm.
