Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

@Paytm Just got off a call with your helpdesk and the escalation desk. They have no clue on how to resolve the issue, instead rattling some scripted lines tagging policy changes which defies sensibilities. @vijayshekhar Trust this to be resolved on a priority.

@Paytmcare Hi sir i had made a payment of about 899 from my paytm postpaid account at mi store but after that on 2nd i have requested them for refund and they have i initiated but will transfer amount in 8 to 10 working days like about 12th of this month....
