    Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

    @Paytm I am from Mumbai, nagpada. I'm retailer and we have a Paytm sound box. From a month we received problem in battery backup. Sound box is switched off. We give no of complain. But there is no man to come to shop.

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar I am unable to sell paytm gold since last 1 month. How can we trust you if our funds are stuck like this. If there is any issue then please figure out a way to do the transactions, it is really unfair stalling customer grievances repeatedly. How can we trust and invest.

    @Paytmcare No I do not want to share my personal details. This issue effects every paytm customer. I have given the evidence of the scam. Please remove the option or redeem the product at zero cost as promised.

    @Paytm better you shutdown the services. If app get update then how come user get logged and struggle to login again to app. from two days i am trying to login but by the time OTP comes, it says session expires. I get OTP's from other apps quick. automatic is sucks

    @Paytmcare Hi Team, I have been using patym postpaid option from paytm app for several years. today now suddenly the option is not available and it stopped working. I want to pay the postpoaid balance amount before the bill is generated. Can someone please clarify the question.
