Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare @Paytm i had done my KYC on 4th September till now there is no document verification. when I talk with customer care they said sir please update your PAN NO. no help by your side. Wrost experience. i am active users of paytm.

@Paytm @Paytmcare A while back I got a gift voucher after I used my scratch card. It’s a free Zomato pro membership for a month. But I couldn’t find the same, in the voucher section to redeem it. Kindly help! Also, my 2 cash backs of Rs10 each is still pending. Dt 9 & 11 Sep.
