@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@Paytmcare The main reason for closing PAYTM universal payment system account is extremely poor customer service. I have used the Paytm App as a national payment system in India for a couple of years. Of late I experienced the PAYTM is enforcing rules unilaterally. (1/5)

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I was charged late payment of 590 twice last year by paytm postpaid, considering hideous deductions, I complained to deactivate postpaid and stopped using it. Now again bill generated of 420 without any transaction. No response from support.
