@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

I have checked my toll fees deduction message and I realised that toll overcharged, I also confirmed this on ministry website Price of toll is Rs 50 buy deducted Rs 55. It's my humble request to @Paytmcare to take appropriate actions against this deduction and refund my money.
