Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

@HDFCBank_Cares 3. I have tried to autopay my LIC but your cc billdesk not working. For this issue, I have contacted my branch and also contact with cc agent but after 6/8 month still My instalment is not auto deduct with your bill desk. Now I have set up my autopay with @Paytm and working.

@Paytm @PaytmBusiness many problems with accepting payment from cuatomres, app notifications for payments by customers aren't popping up, seems like a trick to make customers go for the paid messaging service that @PaytmBusiness has started recently. Tried all troubleshoots.
