@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@Paytmcare this is to inform you about your carefree behaviour towards your customers. On 15 jan I raised a complaint coz my fastag was not working, you guys said that issue will be resolved within 24 hrs but after 96 hrs you guys are telling me that it will take 2 weeks.
