Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

It's been 5 days I have been following up and customer support called and asked for the dues I have explained the same and he said there is some issue from there( @Paytm ) side. Which they will and get back to me. And in other side on twitter you guys asking me to pay the dues.
