Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

Worst app for recharge @Paytm. Recharged thrice,money got debited and refund not initiated. When called to customer service, the IvR call cannot connect to the agent. Worst app ever for any payments to be made. I need the refund asap. 0/10 rating.

@vijayshekhar You've made joke of @Paytm. There's no mail/call support for issues. App doesn't allow customers to connect to executive nor allow 2 raise ticket. I've been following up with @Paytmcare frm last 10 days for failed txn on Postpaid but no resolution so far. Plz help.
