@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

As per my opinion Don't use #Paytm Bank and #Wallets because they don't 24*7 Support & not responding from 4 days . So, Better to move another Banking Solution because you will get solution in 1 hour. Paytm is not professional to deal with customer . @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm Worst and uselessness customer care service , your executive don’t even halving sense of talking and no action take on tickets, No reply’s on 24*7 so I think it’s useless for any kind of service. It’s more than 4 months, with no resolution.
