Everytime I call to customer care they tell that it will be resolved “as soon as possible” and I waited patiently for enough time till now but still the same answer. @Paytm @airindiain

@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

Hi @Paytm, I've got a probelm with my Paytm App and neither your message box in the 24x7 help corner nor your local KYC centres could help me! It is shocking how difficult you've made it for your customers to reach you guys! It's an absolute shame!

@Ravisutanjani I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this but @Paytm bank is the best bank in India and no I don't own any shares. Their customer support has gone to **** but the underlying infrastructure is literally decades ahead of the big banks.

Hey @Paytmcare Could you please help in transferring KYC from my old number to new number. I was using the new number with Form 60 all these days but it got blocked now. So I need to transfer the KYC from old to new. Last used my old number in 2018 and I don't have access to it.
