Update on my greiviance status. @airindiain @Paytm Got my flights rescheduled today. BUT the overall service was very unsatisfactory and I literally wasted one whole day to get this done. These activities must be done proactively by the airlines. HOPING FOR SOME IMPROVEMENT HERE.

Ur 24X7 support is useless if all section hasn't created for queries. Create a team who can think as customer, introspect and project issues @Paytmcare for resolution. Covid isn't stopping you 4m working and thinking. So plz stop blaming COVID for your mental non responsiveness.

Dear @Paytmcare and @IRCTCofficial thanks for your effort and response i got refund for the failed transaction but i didn't received the refund for a cancelled ticket was cancelled on the same day .I had mentioned about this in the DM itself hope you will help me on this
