@vijayshekhar @Paytm After hyping all these months about AI and breaking down his employees morale like anything, all that he could come up with is this stupid gimmicky feature which no one wanted. I stopped using Paytm coz of their **** ops. They have no clue to improve it yet.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @PaytmCare There’s a ₹2000 dispute showing on my merchant account even though no dispute was raised by any customer. I’m getting no resolution from customer care. Yesterday, someone sent ₹200 to my account, but it was deducted as a chargeback is this how you steal hard-earned?
