    @Paytmcare @Paytm trying to raise a concern regarding my extra toll deducted at some toll plaza through 24*7 help where we meet your chat boat and it seems your chat boat also need 24*7 help. Pls get this checked as it’s not able to fulfil its purpose.

    Has anybody ever booked a Gas cylinder through @Paytm if not, never do that. They just dont care if your money is deducted it cant be reversed. Never use this **** @Paytm

    Congratulations, @Paytm got a go-ahead for India’s biggest IPO. One thing we must learn from @vijayshekhar is - do not rest until you get product right and act on continuous feedback. Also, he solves customer’s service requests - very few CEOs find time to do this.
