  @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar One of the worst customer care service provided. Paytm account is blocked and when trying to unblock it's asking to provide debit card details which is already been expired years back. And not even able to connect to support using that number.

  @Paytm i did not get my balance back. How can it possible if mobile service provider select incorrect how can recharge done. Very worst service. If I recharge my number from other app it show the recharge fail error but paytm app recharge done successful. Explain how?

  @Paytmcare what kind of customer harassment is your 24*7 help chat.. My ticket id is 3149878134...my transaction at policy bazar got failed and i received a message regarding refund on 11-2-2022...i will file a complaint with RBI ombudsman if no resolution is there

  @Paytmcare I am a paytm first customer.I have paid extra for better experience and better customer support.I shouldn't have come to Twitter to share my problem.Instead of sharing my phone number with you and getting issue resolved, I would prefer to solve the issue through the app.
