    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.

    @Paytmcare Your response shifting responsibility to the PSP/bank is completely unacceptable. The default preference issue and routing failure happened within the app integration. Furthermore, to avoid any further confusion, I have already removed all bank accounts from WhatsApp Pay.

    @Paytm third class app worst experience , wrongly sent amount thru upi to wrong person , raised request customer support they are not providing contact info or refund back amount #Paytm fails Guys Beaware this Paytm never suggest to anyone

    Paytm, this is extremely disappointing. Multiple spending mandates are being processed across multiple accounts on the same day, and even after repeated complaints, they are neither stopped nor cancelled from Kotak Ac. Such poor handling very bad service @Paytmcare @KotakCares
