    Other issue numbers generated for the same issue include 3184512929 and 3185999156. App 24*7 'support' is a joke, the customer care guy on the phone says they cannot do anything till the 'concerned team' does it, and they do not give any timeline either. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytm I have requested for Deactivation of Paytm Postpaid service last month. Paytm shows(24X7), Paytm Postpaid service will be deactivate 7th of next month(June). There is no dues pending from my side but still postpaid service didn't deactivate. Why????

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have completed KYC, yet for a week, despite numerous complaints and so called 'escalations', my wallet has not been unfrozen yet. My balance is trapped and I cannot access my money. Issue no 3184623972. Help me, else I need to complain to RBI. @geekyranjit

    @Paytm my KYC verified Paytm Wallet is under Credit freeze for no reason. Have called your customer care to hear apologies only and no resolution yet. Ticket #3185092183. Time to shift to an alternate wallet if this is not quickly resolved.

    FOR 5 TO 10 DAYS. @Paytmcare IS ONE THE WORST APP AND HAS WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES. IF NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUED, WE SHALL APPROACH CONSUMER COURT AND SUE THE COMPANY. 3/3
