  @2021Kashif @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Maybe, but it's not a monopoly. Or maybe it is. Such brand loyalty just puzzles me. I maybe different, I just go for the convenient & better option. In the end it's the just CC payment. On time payments matter, no time for waiting at customer end

  @Paytmcare My account got debited on 20 Oct 22 for amount 1352/- for Mtnl bill payment…I have confirmed from Mtnl they have not received payment…but app shows it’s done…how do I get the money back…MTNL Delhi Order #32233678…no redressal on the app..only bots are there…plz help
