    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm, it’s been over 20 days of constant follow-ups and still no resolution. Absolutely pathetic customer service and complete negligence towards users. How hard is it to resolve a genuine issue? Disappointed and frustrated with this terrible experience.

    Hi @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm, Please give me a resolution it has been more than 3 days after raising the issue in X and more than 8 days from raising a complaint over email. If I don't receive the resolution I will lodge a complaint in the National Consumer Forum.

    @Paytmcare Paytm’s “Bus Booking Assurance” feels like a scam when a customer is abandoned after payment. Paid extra expecting reliability but no meaningful support instead. Stop selling “assurance” if you can’t honor it. Worst travel booking experience I’ve had. @Paytm
