@Paytm @vijayshekhar Has been on 32 minutes calls to report fraud transactions this is what PAYTM all about in time so need inspite of selecting option to report fraudelent transaction there is no agent available to report. Being a paytm customer for last 10 years I never felt

@PaytmCa66965113 You heard my story. What resolution can I expect? @Paytm doesn't even have a customer care division for postpaid. When I call for account block due to postpaid, support people told "we don't have a team to speak on this" & clarify doubts.

@Paytm @Paytmcare is there any customer support for your customers. Have been trying to reach them since 7th. Firstly, i paid due for postpaid on 7, it got processed on 8th and applied on 9th. Now i had to pay extra 295 qs penalty. That penalty is also not showing up. What scam!!
