    @Paytm I'm really disappointed with your service when payment is pending due to technical reason and deduct the money from our account then why not money credit in my account instead of beneficiary

    @Paytmcare that issue is now resolved, but it logged me out of my Paytm app and now I am unable to log back in. The app require me to send an SMS from my registered number in order to verify and allow me to login. For some reason SMS is not going through.

    @Paytm all the amount transacted to my number is being transacted to someone else's account but I am receiving the transaction details on my number. I have lost a large sum of money because of these. I have been trying to connect with customer care but that seems impossible.

    Talked to three customer service agents of @Paytmcare and not one of them could tell me where and how to register my complaint and magically the three tickets raised during those conversations are now solved even senior manager one.
