Hi @IRCTCofficial i cancelled a ticket on 13 Jan 2023 and got msg that your refund is initiated but it didn't reflect in my @Paytm account. but @Paytmcare service is still at lowest even I can't cordinate with them to get info. Refund reference no:338102573175 from IRCTC Help

@Paytm Hi paytm team, My paytm account with mobile number (8801101297) has been blocked temporarily I had tried several times to unblock it from app but it’s not working kindly please look into it and let me know if I had done any mistake I never use paytm for any fraud transfer

Many times i asked to close this ticket 3261871053 bit from @Paytmcare there is no response, my issue is already resolved few days ago and still its opened, many times I asked to close but nothing done till now!!! Why? @Paytmcare
