    @Paytm has the WORST customer service. After one call they put ur no. on black list. I had to call from other no. after 1st call. Had to pay Rs.500 penalty at toll plaza. Its been more than 40 days & still they couldn't resolve the issue.

    Dear @paytm it is been 2nd time that I have withdrawn money from ATM through Paytm card it was debited but not came out from @axixbank ATM machine help me with refund or i will loose trust on your service and will discontinue service from now .

    @RajeshK95483860 But @Paytmcare says we are just gateway, if UPI is down, we can't do anything. The bank will automatically refund the amount is what they are saying.

    @Paytm your service is very bad, I am postpaid user. I am having problems with my postpaid account, But none of your helpline is for postpaid users. The postpaid message option is also of no use.Even after messaging, they do not give any solution and close the complaint.
