    @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare 4/n (Cont.) easily resolved on 24*7 helpline messaging facility. Hence, I have been requesting for a call which is been ignored since about 2 months now. This is sheer ignorance. Request Team to solve the prolonged pending issue.

    @Paytm My refund is stuck in a jam for the past 10 days. You promised to send it to me within 48 hours. If you don't send it to me right now, I will have to ask help of consumer grievances dept.
