@Paytm Cashback for payment at petrol pumps is not received,and in-app 24/7 service is replying with automated response and saying that I'm ineligible whereas I'm actually eligible and the same was displayed while paying them merchant.

I want to raise case against @Paytm I sent money RS 1500 to my friend's Paytm merchant account three days back but still he didn't recieved money .when he called to customer care there are giving response that money credit to someone business account. How it will be possible.
