spoke to the airtel customer service. They said amount not received and I should talk to @Paytmcare . Requesting both @Airtel_Presence and @Paytmcare to take note of this and resolve the issue asap.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness 5000 amount is small for you but not for us. Your costumer service is pathetic. I tried to deactivate my account I'm not able to do that also. Is this not a gundaraaz. To force someone to do a payment. Plz resolve it.
