@Paytmcare @Paytmcare I am trying over the last 2 days to just get my KYC updated as my paytm account wallet was put under credit freeze without any notice or email. Now actual issue is if I try to submit KYC with my aadhar it says paytm acount KYC is linked to another number.

@Paytmcare I have raised tickets and contacted customer care and uploaded requested proofs but now they came up with a mobile number which I never used and saying my KYC is linked to that account.

@Paytm Should increase their server's capacity for peak hours like 5pm to 9pm, It takes too much time or gets failed while sending/recieving payments on this timing.
