@Paytmcare I am facing very pathetic service from Paytm. For any issue calling to paytm means getting a link in a message and now customer has to suffer to register the complain. Can't talk to agent and they never replied on the tickets.

@PaytmMoney @Paytm @Paytmcare You had created such a great customer base after notebandi. But i feel you have lost most of the customers after introducing charges for adding money through credit card, while your competitors phonepe and amazon pay still have zero charges.
