@Paytmcare : Worst Experience with Paytm App as well as Paytm Team. They release new features but are not able to solve the customer complaints . If you can't solve the problems, no need to release new features because you making Customer life like hell.

The call has been made to both of them and nobody care to update the customer that the refund will be processed for the cancelled flight. I think it's better to book tkt from airlines website rather than third party platform for smooth process of transaction.@airindiain @Paytm
