@airindiain @Paytm I still have no clarity on my flight rescheduling status. NO SMS or email stating that the flight 675 is cancelled. NO ONE is responding properly to my calls, Its impossible to reach Air India and paytm says i need to reschedule my flight with Air India.

@Paytmcare Worst Customer Care services. There is no TAT for your resolution. My complain 66491706 which raised on 4th Jan 2022, still open and there is no solution till date. Pathetic team

Update on my greiviance status. @airindiain @Paytm Got my flights rescheduled today. BUT the overall service was very unsatisfactory and I literally wasted one whole day to get this done. These activities must be done proactively by the airlines. HOPING FOR SOME IMPROVEMENT HERE.

@PaytmTravelCare Thank you would really like to advise from my experience that you should create a mechanism to deal with such cases where opretor may lie maliciously to escape refund and such cases may happen at ground level i don't want other your users to face such problems i faced @Paytmcare

Dear @Paytmcare and @IRCTCofficial thanks for your effort and response i got refund for the failed transaction but i didn't received the refund for a cancelled ticket was cancelled on the same day .I had mentioned about this in the DM itself hope you will help me on this

@MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT it's been 6months zip pay is still in Migration it's a pathetic company and service from your end @Paytm please buy them off they can't handle simple migration. either change the team as they seems incompetent or the management as your active user is low
