    They are only giving auto replies which says someone I can expect a call back in 24-48 hours. But no one in the company is interested. My query is simple: I wish to discontinue the sound box service immediately. But they are intentionally avoiding resolution. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare This is regarding ticket ID 3225477838. It has been more than a week where I complained that I am unable to generate UPI pin for my debit card. Have provided all necessary details and screen shot. You team had asked me to update my app and re-login.
