@Paytmcare very bad service now paytm is doing scam in terms of cashback and offers recently i added 7500 rs through credit card with offer of 2% cashback upto 150 but i didn't got cashback and when i called Customer care they repeatedly saying your offer didn't count add again.

My customer gave a letter in HDFC ooty branch so that they forward it to PAYTM bank as paytm blocked my acc on HDFC’s request. HDFC haven’t forwarded letter yet nor the HDFC Ooty branch guys are responding. How do i reach them? @Paytmcare @HDFCBank_Cares #hdfcfraud #paytmfraud

@redBus_in What nonsense service, Bus got cancelled and not refund from last 7 days, If go to help section agent not responding , If call to IVR no response. Shame on your service. Complaint number : 18254559 @Paytm you are excellent for fix this kind of issues.

@amazonIN @JeffBezos cashback not credited for Order id is :- 403-5277594-6242754 after 20 days complain already raised your customer team waiting when customer left conversation automatically very very bad @Paytmcare is far better than your service filing complain every week

@PaytmPostpaid @Paytm Without my consent amount has been deducted, i tried reaching out to customer care but there is no such contact number for @PaytmPostpaid. Making one time payment doesn't say that i am agreeing to subscription to be paid via any mode. Plz resolve ASAP
