@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar there is something wrong with your care executives, they are either over worked or not trained enough to handle issues properly as they keep on replying with the same templated answers and not bothering to check what the issue is exactly.

@Paytmcare Such a Wrost experience & Disappointed me very old customer to Paytm and I have not faced any issues but now m unable to use my Paytm post-paid service that m regular customer having huge uses Paytm post-paid is saying that Paytm while doing any transactions
