@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar No way of contacting customer care, very basic bot replies for even serious concerns. Payment failed, neither refund nor a reply. I'll be incurring penalty. Been a strong supporter of PayTM since it's inception decade ago. But got fed up recently.
