@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

Dear @Paytm you fooled me into taking a pathetic service like paytmfirst by showing Zomato pro subscription as a benefit. But now once I've taken it, you have removed that from the list of benefits. Way to cheat customers. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @PaytmMall @Paytmcare Very laid back and pathetic 24*7 customer support of Paytm. Firstly it's an Autobot that chats with you and with the same old repeated verbiage. One basically doesn't know what's the status of the request. Very dissatisfied using its service.
