My account was hacked,someone added his number in my paytm account and I am no longer able to login to my account. But my account has linked with my Id proofs so on the behalf of the id proofs I can provide you all the information regarding my account. @Paytm .care is not helping

@sagarcasm One and only @Paytm. I've used approx all the apps for making payments, even amazon UPI. Every time I faced issues but ever since I tried Paytm my payment never stuck online. We should appreciate the best things for an app. I love Paytm for my bank account and payments.

@Paytmcare How does it matter to me, if fraud happened then responsibility is yours because we are using your service. So you are responsible to return money back, whether it is consumed or not, I don't care. If you can't provide security then it is your failure. @RBI please check this out
