@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

@Paytmcare Hey I am unable to pay postpaid bill and it was not auto debited as per instruction. On top of it you have charged a late fee. And when i call a customer service, your service says the wait time is 10 mins. Do you really want me to run around just to pay 400 INR?

So I paid @Paytm Rs 150 on 28 Aug 22 for KYC at home. Neither they visited for KYC nor they have returned my money. I even raised a service request, but it was closed without solving the issue. What a Scam? You should close down @Paytmcare. No doubt @Paytm is going down.

2/2 such fraud service are not accepted at all. And worst part is like other online portals @Paytmcare doesn't have any executives to reach out to. A very simple advice- IVR can't solve all the issues
