@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

@Paytmcare For last 3 days my wife is trying to access her acnt unused for 2yrs but Paytm won't allow her to Login, or help via chat or phonecall. Looks like Paytm just wants her to delete acnt and create a new one so they can usurp the balance lying in it. New biz model?
