My account was hacked,someone added his number in my paytm account and I am no longer able to login to my account. But my account has linked with my Id proofs so on the behalf of the id proofs I can provide you all the information regarding my account. @Paytm .care is not helping

@Paytmcare Just wrote you an e-mail for the feedback. Got revert that e-mail is not monitored please contact through care option at paytm. Tried to give the feedback through that but that is rigged with limited options. Is it an attempt to suppress customer's complaints?

@Paytmcare Kindly update you app to better one, because of your inconsistence in data i had to pay 4k extra interest in my loan or just shut down the these services if not able to update. Also, please maintain a customer care number, not every problem can be solved by chat bot.
