@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

Hello @Paytm @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare I paid electricity bill from official uppcl website and make payment through paytm upi on the date of 23 Mrach 2021 at 10:38Am... The issue is payment was successfully deducted from paytm upi but bill could not clear yet.
