    My account was hacked,someone added his number in my paytm account and I am no longer able to login to my account. But my account has linked with my Id proofs so on the behalf of the id proofs I can provide you all the information regarding my account. @Paytm .care is not helping

    @Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

    @radiotripati @IRCTCofficial @Paytmcare Bro, I am using online booking form IRCTC but never experienced such thing. Maybe due to glitch in internet, booking rejected but payment deducted is safe & will be returned for sure.

    @Paytmcare Thank you for the update. I would like to request that this case be treated as a denied boarding issue and not as a standard non-refundable cancellation. I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff. I request you to kindly coordinate with the airline and ensure a fair resolution with a full refund. PNR: 14N04D Looking forward to a prompt update.

    @PaytmMoneyCare I just received an email from the support team stating that the issue has been fixed, but it doesn’t seem resolved. The fund is still showing its old name. This raises concerns about the quality and accuracy of Paytm Money. #SEBI #PaytmMoney @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare This is not acceptable. A generic response without resolution doesn’t help. My money is already debited, but the service is not delivered. I need a clear update with a timeline for resolution immediately. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will escalate this

    @Paytm Don’t buy from Paytm, I have gold sip running with them but they have denied my Paytm account access with any information and there is no support also. No customer care nothing, on LinkedIn I reached out but no support.

    Dear @RoyalNepalAirlines @Paytm @DGCAIndia I was wrongly denied boarding on 16/04/2026 for flight under PNR: 14N04D by Royal Nepal Airlines staff (RA 206), despite carrying my original Voter ID. The staff incorrectly claimed that my valid original ID was a “copy” and refused me entry, due to which I missed my flight. This was not my fault, but I am being told by Paytm that the ticket is “non-refundable”, which is unfair in this situation. I have already raised complaints with both Paytm and the airline, but no proper resolution has been provided yet. I request urgent investigation and fair refund/compensation for denied boarding caused by staff error. Passenger: Yash Chauhan PNR: 14N04D Travel Date: 16/04/2026 Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
