@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

@Paytm I don't even know which transaction they think is the fraud one there is no way to reach out to customer care apart from the chat to clarify things. There is no mail id, the customer care number is just full of automated replies.

@Paytmcare @Paytm Your customer care and so called concerned team us doing nothing, just asking to wait wait and wait. Its been 15 days for my kyc update and still nothing. Not even a call back from concerned team. Ticket no 197994134 Feeling disappointed.

@Bibhuprasad20 @paytm takes the security of its users' accounts very seriously, and if it suspects that an account has been compromised, paytm disabled the account, I had similar experience, luckily for me I was referred to @perrel_hacks on Twitter who help to reactivate my account back
