@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

My account was hacked,someone added his number in my paytm account and I am no longer able to login to my account. But my account has linked with my Id proofs so on the behalf of the id proofs I can provide you all the information regarding my account. @Paytm .care is not helping

@VismayMadav @paytmbankcare @Paytm Amex and diners charge heavily to merchants compared to visa/master/rupay so to cut down costs. And chat support here on social media is mostly chatbots so unless your post had keywords like (block, wallet, failed, payment) you won't get any good responses.
