@Paytmcare My Sr. citizen father is waiting for 1 month+ to get his Paytm Wallet KYC updated. Still not done! He has been trying to get @paytm KYC at doorstep,however he has been told to visit the center. How insensitive! Pls arrange KYC @ doorstep. Pls help

Hi @verified I love you.after tweeting my issues with the company it's related to.they respond immediately and solve the problem.except @Paytmcare they are of no use.but @KotakBankLtd has been exceptionalat this quick rate doesn't happen even if we call the customer care of any.

What a worst support @Paytm @Paytmcare you are delivering to customers. Why should we wait for 30-40 min of time to connect to a representative? You can't afford money on staffing resources to deliver support services ?? you concentrated only to earn money ?? (1/1)
