  @Paytmcare That's what the concern is. You have designed it in way that a person cant opt-out. Why cant you simply disable this option for a person requesting to opt-out ? that's not too much of programming. it's unethical, only because you want to retain a postpaid customer.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare This is my last hope as I have had the worst customer care and overall Paytm experience from the last 2 years. You guys do not have any respect for your customers and are ready to cheat and fraud them. If you are happy with what you are doing then it's fine.
