    @Paytm I had experienced worst experience with Paytm because of customer support that I had never Expected I had raised a complaint regarding a issue and I had got a response that we will be in touch with you soon and that message came on 9 September and today is 17 October

    I have withdraw some amount in matual fund but i didn't have receive otp . I have to try many time And same problem coming.please resolve this problem as soon as possible.I have to go paytm money costumersupport service but their reply is not coming @PaytmMoney @Paytm @Paytmcare

    But I was still not able to complete my KYC and the 24x7 Customer Care section told me that the details are insufficient. I would like @Paytm to clarify that what other details do you need because the documents provided by me are complete and certified by Indian Govt. @Paytmcare

    I do see that @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare are responding to new requests but not responding to my issue from past 2 days. Could you please help me to unblock my account asap.
