My account was hacked,someone added his number in my paytm account and I am no longer able to login to my account. But my account has linked with my Id proofs so on the behalf of the id proofs I can provide you all the information regarding my account. @Paytm .care is not helping

@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

@Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare this problem happening from last night, whenever i try use paytm to pay money to merchant, i initiate payment for the current merchant, i scan his qr code, but payment goes to the previous paid merchant, happened twice. Two payments rs 50 & rs 30 ~

@Paytm I've had an issue regarding a reimbursement since last 20 days now. I booked 6 bus tickets from Chandigarh to Katra. Bus arrived late, got stuck on the way due to technical issues in the bus. No help/compensation provided. Lots on inconvenience. No one to help.
