Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

If your query is not of standard nature, no way it can be solved. Money stays with wallet as u r not able to spend it.
