@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

My account was hacked,someone added his number in my paytm account and I am no longer able to login to my account. But my account has linked with my Id proofs so on the behalf of the id proofs I can provide you all the information regarding my account. @Paytm .care is not helping

@Paytmcare 24*7 doesnt help when your CCPs know nothing. They are not even connected to the emails we sent. I have uninstalled the app post a fraud but they keep saying go to help section. Not even aware of Grievance redressal process . No call back facility, no org grows without servicing
