My account was hacked,someone added his number in my paytm account and I am no longer able to login to my account. But my account has linked with my Id proofs so on the behalf of the id proofs I can provide you all the information regarding my account. @Paytm .care is not helping

@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

Hey @vijayshekhar @Paytm your customer support services is really bad i had tried to get on and resolve my technical issues related to inability to book tickets through Paytm but I wasn't able to get any help and the 24/7 chatbox is also useless as the chat bit isn't optimized.
