My account was hacked,someone added his number in my paytm account and I am no longer able to login to my account. But my account has linked with my Id proofs so on the behalf of the id proofs I can provide you all the information regarding my account. @Paytm .care is not helping

@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

@Paytmcare @RBI Most of the times the rent payment is delayed by paytm and always they say some or the other reason despite payment been debited from card. They never bother to understand customer problem and seriously some issue with Paytm which need to be addressed by rbi

.@RBI You need to look into how @Paytm makes it impossible for users to figure out cancelling / deleting their Postpaid account (or anything for that matter). Paytm is like Hotel California. You can check out but never leave. The malpractices need a vigilant regulator.
