My account was hacked,someone added his number in my paytm account and I am no longer able to login to my account. But my account has linked with my Id proofs so on the behalf of the id proofs I can provide you all the information regarding my account. @Paytm .care is not helping

@Paytmcare I am very dissapointed with the customer service of Paytm where they give no proper response and promised resolve the issue within a given time and failed to do so and they stop talking between the call so customer has no option except to disconnect #worstservice

Have been a @Paytm bank user for years now, and honestly this customer service makes me wanna leave them asap. They claim to have 24x7 customer service but you can't ask any executive and they don't even have questions that matter in the chat bot. @Paytmcare
