No Customer Support available in Paytm app & they created automated chat box .. which didnt help .. and for call they only issued IVR .. Not able to communicate directly to any person… Now issue is pending & you have only option- LOSS #paytm @Paytm

@SonalChauhan876 @PaytmPostpaid @Paytmcare They don’t. I have 10 DMs and three times they called for my Number. Same number and no response, no resolution. They have no physical service centre and we don’t know how to interact meaningfully. This handle is a pure sham.

Hi @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm, Lost access to paytm account. Somehow new account got created on the same mobile number. Lost 1000+ paytm balance. Lost access to fastag. Not able to use car as well. Check ticket id: 3273347649
