After which i had to post it on X and after being guided for DM, I sent you details therein. But after my post tagging higher ups, for the first time I got not 1 but 4calls. Hoping resolution!

    @Paytmcare Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on my refund for booking PNR ZDHT7X. As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment. This refund is very important for me to move forward. I sincerely request you to please prioritize my case and process the refund as soon as possible.     What ******** is this @Paytm @Paytmcare I just purchased some gift vouchers but all of them are invalid the website is asking for a 16 digit code you gave me a 12 digit code what is this how do i use it now even i can't get the voucher pin so what to do now with this invalid code

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare they dont have customer care, worst AI bot, not able to understand queries, only few Automated reply, worst, worst worst company, dont go with paytm
