What do I have to do, to get in touch with a customer care executive? @Paytmcare I've been trying to resolve a problem of mine since last 7 hours with your absolutely useless paytm assistant app, which whenever I try to tell it can't resolve my issue says sorry and asks for star.

@Paytmcare my mother is unable to receive money on paytm bank. whenever I do NEFT, system says either account is closed or blocked. While my mother is able to payment with paytm wallet as well as paytm bank. I raised a ticket also on app with number 3116141657. Pls help me.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I had join and working at Paytm as FSE from 16th August but no incentive or salary has been paid since then. I am trying to call team leader but he is not replying or picking calls. Same with office staff who hd called me during joining. Plz see.
