Is @Paytm on looting spree in this crisis of deadly pandemic? Such a deceitful service! I booked a flt ticket at PayTm, later cancelled it a week ago, since then calling Paytm care, raising request but no response & NO refund yet!

Another ticket I had booked and had to cancel on another platform Amazon. Within 30 hours I got my refund. But one which I had cancelled a week ago on @Paytm, still I am banging my head to call customer care, but no response ever from @Paytm !
