I have a @Paytm soundbox and a digital pos machine I have raised a complaint via phone call but no further action has been taken for a month. My all of the monthly charges of pos and the annual subscription of soundbox are being used. @Paytmcare @paytm. Same problem nothing done

@Paytmcare @consaff It's been almost 12 hrs since I have posted a concern and no response. Last year I asked your advisor to help me cancel the physical debit card however it seems he only helped me with a temporary block option. As a result I have been charged with annual fees yet again.

@Paytmcare I have recharged my bsnl mobile with Rs.198 on 3 September 2021 with reference id 14947554814 I got successful message from Paytm but it is not credited in my account and from last two days even I called bsnl customer care but they are telling it is not reflecting.
