Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I want to redeem my points to book flight ticket thru paytm, but it denies and says my KYC is not done. I've tried many times, but its same. My UPI ID, mobile no and email id all are showing on my paytm ac than why my KYC is not done? Plz help!

Most painful on @paytm is nobody can contact there. Why can not talk to customer care??? Plz either help me by doing my KYC or tell me delete my paytm ac as I am suffering problems a lot on paytm. call me IF POSSIBLE

What a rubbish service by @Paytm @Paytmcare i made the payment yesterday and it was failed but I haven’t received the refund yet. I can understand the delay in case of pending payment but why this delay in failed transaction @PaytmBank
