    @Paytm @paytmbankcare @vijayshekhar Team are least bother to response on fraud case query and when I give call to customer care they say that we are working on this at priority. It's been two days and not sure how they priortise without any response.

    @Paytmcare action was so much delayed by your customer care,reply given after 3 days,that's why fraud person got time for fraud to continue , your customer care was liable for getting all transactions stopped immediately, paytm should give refund # give reply here#everyone should know#

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoney , i did recharge twice on a bsnl number via paytm its showing successful in the order section but i didnt received the benefits.Already raised ticket yesterday but no response from your end .may i know what is the exact issue .

    @Paytmcare I have raised at least 10 requests for fast-tag closure through Paytm app and customer care still no action taken. Very unprofessional from Paytm.
