    @Paytm @Paytmcare why am i still being asked to pay Rs 159? Even in the statements it is clear that i have paid the amount. This is unacceptable and unfair! I can't even get in touch with the customer support team to resolve the issue. This is absolutely ridiculous and annoying.

    @vijayshekhar @paytm @Paytmcare Do you know that your chatbot is a real garbage! It has a fixed set of questions that are not enough. Please provide an option to talk to a human, your chatbot is not enough to understand all issues. I'm fed-up by your IVRS and Chatbot Support.
