@Paytmcare 9966255568 from paytm account 02/07/2022 21,000/- 9440556285@paytm transferred., transfer amount failed., order id :- 18493535774. I called icici bank customer care on 05/07/2022 and informed that the amount failed. 21,325.50/- amount was credited to the credit card

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Your Paytm customer care executive are very lazy and inactive. Even after repetitive complaints against discrepancy of paytm postpaid bill, they are not responding and everyday they are adding late fee on my bill.

@Paytm Shame on you guys after failure in Share market you are looting people's hard earned money you have to understand some circumstances and have waive late charging on paytm postpaid but your representative are refusing there are some issues at the time of payment.

@Paytm The customer care interface designed by your team is highly complex and calling on customer care number comes out to be clicking only buttons , no resolution and cutting the call. Kindly arrange a callback on my registered phone number.
