    @Paytmcare 9966255568 from paytm account 02/07/2022 21,000/- 9440556285@paytm transferred., transfer amount failed., order id :- 18493535774. I called icici bank customer care on 05/07/2022 and informed that the amount failed. 21,325.50/- amount was credited to the credit card

    I have recently changed the sim (same number) and paytm can't verify it for last 2 days. Your sms arrive late and by that time it is locked already. All other UPI apps are working fine. @Paytmcare

    Had switched from @Paytm to @CRED_club upi about a year ago and itโ€™d been great till I discovered today that you canโ€™t export UPI transactions on Cred. The customer support confirmed this isnโ€™t possible even as a special request. Sad. Have to switch again.

    How much more time is required to fix a basic customer issue? This kind of delay reflects a serious lack of customer support and accountability. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the way my complaint has been handled. Such a prolonged delay is unacceptable. @Paytm
