    @Paytmcare 9966255568 from paytm account 02/07/2022 21,000/- 9440556285@paytm transferred., transfer amount failed., order id :- 18493535774. I called icici bank customer care on 05/07/2022 and informed that the amount failed. 21,325.50/- amount was credited to the credit card

    Unfair total freeze on my @Paytm acnt for mnts over a minor Layer 2 dispute. Paytm's automated support desk is stuck in a loop demanding an NOC, ignoring the fact that my undisputed funds are completely separate. Urgently need human review for Case Ref: 200012126707! @PaytmCare

    How much more time is required to fix a basic customer issue? This kind of delay reflects a serious lack of customer support and accountability. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the way my complaint has been handled. Such a prolonged delay is unacceptable. @Paytm

    I paid for a service that failed when it mattered. I request Paytm to provide a fair resolution and compensate me, as I had to bear the full cost of alternate travel due to the delay in resolving the issue.@Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare #paytmissue

    @Paytmcare Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare used #FLYBONANZA promo, promised flat โ‚น2,000 voucher but got only 20% discount. "Up to" condition was NEVER disclosed when offer was shown! Raised 3 tickets, ZERO response, no way to contact support. Misleading advertising! #ConsumerRights #PaytmScam
