    @Paytmcare 9966255568 from paytm account 02/07/2022 21,000/- 9440556285@paytm transferred., transfer amount failed., order id :- 18493535774. I called icici bank customer care on 05/07/2022 and informed that the amount failed. 21,325.50/- amount was credited to the credit card

    Worst customer support @Paytm . I have an open ticket since 12 April 2026, my issue is not resolved. Upon asking about the escalation matrix, paytm has now stopped responding on the support chat as well This is truly unacceptable. They do not have any number to call to as well.

    I booked a flight ticket on 7th April 2026 for my brother, but mistakenly entered the name as Kesar Lama instead of Keshar Lama. The travel date is 22nd April 2026, and the issue is still unresolved. Kindly request you to correct the name at the earliest. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    I am facing the same issue with my @Paytmcare Payments Bank KYC. Iโ€™ve been trying for a long time waiting over an hour for connection, and still getting rejected saying my face and PAN card donโ€™t match. I am using my original PAN cardPlease look into this urgently. @vijayshekhar
