    @Paytmcare 9966255568 from paytm account 02/07/2022 21,000/- 9440556285@paytm transferred., transfer amount failed., order id :- 18493535774. I called icici bank customer care on 05/07/2022 and informed that the amount failed. 21,325.50/- amount was credited to the credit card

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Your in-app support team is giving robotic, copy-pasted replies without explaining how my default setting was overridden. This is a severe software routing failure and a breach of user payment security.

    @Paytm Curious how the refund path is gated here โ€” payment descriptions and customer notes are free text a merchant's customers control, so the model reading them to reconcile is reading strings someone else wrote. Read-only lookups I'd worry less about, but the moment refunds are trigg

    & when I called to @Paytm support, the guy keeps repeating can't help in this. I travelled 60 km to board the bus & now I'm standing on the side of highway with no hope. Is it not a crime? Uncontrolled fare, zero responsibility towards passanger & worst quality of service.
