    @Paytmcare 9966255568 from paytm account 02/07/2022 21,000/- 9440556285@paytm transferred., transfer amount failed., order id :- 18493535774. I called icici bank customer care on 05/07/2022 and informed that the amount failed. 21,325.50/- amount was credited to the credit card

    @PaytmCare You are completely dodging the core issues: 1. Misleading UX: Why display a targeted "Get assured โ‚น50 cashback" banner on an active user's checkout screen if they are algorithmically ineligible? That is classic deceptive design (Dark Pattern).

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, I booked flights for today (August 28th 7:40PM). Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Even after raised ticket, payment made from your platform/ gateway still not credited / updated in MSEDCL system. If insurance policies premiums paid and faced such issues, customers believing payments are done ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ™† Have to run pillar to post ??

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness I had already deactivated/cancelled my Paytm Soundbox, but I was still charged โ‚น693 for the period from 25 July till now. Since the Soundbox was already deactivated and I am not using the service, Please look into this issue, refund the โ‚น693.
