@Paytm As a unicorn in Fintech,we expect error free transaction and even if there is an disruption,robust mechanism to solve it.Paytm is a typical case of earning before deserving.Totally disappointed with service.Hope some consumer rights are institutionalised.

When I clicked on the pay option and paid my entire due, I IMMEDIATELY got an automated email stating that my @Paytm Postpaid account has been 'Closed'. Wait, wasn't it supposed to be upgraded? The upgrade trap was set to make a gullible customer pay up complete. 4/n

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Why Paytm customer care are not responsive? Why customer care executive not connected to listen issues? I am frustrated by dialling “1 dabao, 2 dabao and dabate rahi” but none of your customer care executive will connect. I think I have to delete my paytm.
