@Paytm As a unicorn in Fintech,we expect error free transaction and even if there is an disruption,robust mechanism to solve it.Paytm is a typical case of earning before deserving.Totally disappointed with service.Hope some consumer rights are institutionalised.

It has been more than a week since I recharged my Tatasky account through @Paytmcare but my account is still inactive though recharge was successful after money was deducted from account. Paytm is now refusing to support and refund the money.

@sathishirobot @Paytmcare @Paytm Yes dude same problem occurs to me. They were charging amount for closed account and they were not listening to our words too. More than 1000 rupees were wasted in paytm account. Providing fraudulent service to the believing people.
