@Paytm As a unicorn in Fintech,we expect error free transaction and even if there is an disruption,robust mechanism to solve it.Paytm is a typical case of earning before deserving.Totally disappointed with service.Hope some consumer rights are institutionalised.

Hello @Paytmcare . My post paid account is blocked. There is excess limit is there around 938 rs. I'm waiting for you to clear these issue. But nobody responds on this matter. Even there is no reply from customers care. Please clear it ASAS.

@Paytm @Paytmcare why is it so difficult to reach your customer care? I have an amount deducted from Paytm wallet 7 days back and have not recieved an expected refund back - merchant have initiated refund already. So annoying!

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm What ******** is this ! Inspite of my multiple request not to convert my Paytm Payment Bank Savings A/c, u converted it into Current A/c. Don't you guys have some shame Convert it back to Savings account otherwise I will have to close my A/c😒😒
