    @Paytm As a unicorn in Fintech,we expect error free transaction and even if there is an disruption,robust mechanism to solve it.Paytm is a typical case of earning before deserving.Totally disappointed with service.Hope some consumer rights are institutionalised.

    @Paytmcare My paytm postpaid is not working right now. Ever since I got s.m.s. Received that your limit is being increased. Since then I am not able to get any work through Paytm Postpaid. Please give me a solution.

    @Paytmcare Please help in this. I have been struggling to get my refund from last 45days but either they aren’t responding or giving new excuses. Is it so difficult to get refund of a cancelled flight? Instead of giving damages, they aren’t even giving original refund. @DGCAIndia @RamMNK

    @Paytmcare I’m facing an issue with a merchant settlement.Transaction amount: ₹954 Status in app: Showing “Credited” Issue: Amount not received in bank account and no SMS confirmation This was from yesterday’s transaction. Please check and resolve at the earliest.

    @Paytm I have been using you're app since a long time for upi payments and honesty i am very impressed by the payment success rate but one thing I have seen that you're lacking is that the QR detection algorithm in you're app is a bit slow as per other upi apps in the Market

    @motorolaindia from last 2 weeks @Paytm app is not working in my Moto Edge 60 fusion, when I open the app it's showing an error - Device environment is not correct. Also there is no update pending on my device everything is up to date . Resolve this problem.
