@Paytm As a unicorn in Fintech,we expect error free transaction and even if there is an disruption,robust mechanism to solve it.Paytm is a typical case of earning before deserving.Totally disappointed with service.Hope some consumer rights are institutionalised.

Paytm has unnecessarily blocked my account. They are asking the deatils and kyc documents and I have submitted 10 days before itself still not solving my issue from 2 weeks. Im really regretting for using Paytm for such long time. @paytmbankcare @Paytm @Paytmcare
