@Paytm As a unicorn in Fintech,we expect error free transaction and even if there is an disruption,robust mechanism to solve it.Paytm is a typical case of earning before deserving.Totally disappointed with service.Hope some consumer rights are institutionalised.

@Paytm I have collected many cards but i have a non-kyc account so i can't get timeout stamp as we can get it by sending money from paytm wallet so plz help to me to get that it will be a lovely experience if i get that stamp.

@Paytmcare an UPI txn of 40K today was in progress, I checked after 2 hours,was on that screen where it showed yellow status, after I reopened app, not showing in history also !! no way to connect to customer care also !! Bank not debited, don't know if it will be debited later!

@Paytm #paytmmatkaro Paytm has the worst customer support. I booked flight tickets through paytm last year which got cancelled due to covid. Airlines have refunded the amount to paytm but paytm is not ready to process my refund.
