@Paytm As a unicorn in Fintech,we expect error free transaction and even if there is an disruption,robust mechanism to solve it.Paytm is a typical case of earning before deserving.Totally disappointed with service.Hope some consumer rights are institutionalised.

I don't understand why is @Paytmcare blocking its customer's accounts for a mere fraud report without any enquiry and asking its own customers to reach out to some other bank for help without any guidance or help. This is really crazy ! @PaytmCybercell @Paytm

It's been more than 1 week now since I raised issue. Paytm service is the worst, I have been paytm user from a long time and I am following up from one week on 24x7 service too for the same issue, you should mention as once a month service instead of 24x7 @Paytm @Paytmcare
