@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank I have paid my Post paid bill and amount got debited from my Bank account also . It's showing success under recent order tab but still it's not updated in postpaid section usually that update immediately after making the payment not sure what's issue

@Paytm I got notification for free Zomato membership with Paytm postpaid activation. I activated but haven’t got any communication for Zomato membership. Trying to connect support but it’s a bot no way to connect support. If we need help we need a person who understand it.

@Paytmcare No can do. Already contacted customer (no)support multiple times. Was told the correct product was delivered and refund/replacement was not possible. Clearly you think that if a LED monitor lights up like a LED bulb it works fine..
