@Paytmcare @Paytm I asked them to show me a proof that the product sent by them was intact, but they can’t do that either. No way to contact customer support via call, and delayed responses, even after raising complaints on social platforms.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Received a used product, and after sharing all required photos, and proofs, Paytm said that the product was intact, and they can’t return it. Literally BS, never order anything from this fraud website. They don’t care about customers, but only about sellers.

@Paytm Put the scan pay option on the upper 25 percentage of screen. As our first focus goes there. It might help you. And remove the useless features .make it simple. Give option to customers to arrange in their choice. U have the best UPI payment system but u lost it to phone pe.
