@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Just wanted to inform all that customer care is suggesting to close Paytm Postpaid and not listening. Due to unknown/sever issues, couldn't make payment of Rs.7000, took screenshot, shared at the same time, penalty of Rs.800 imposed in next minute.

So @Paytm shares are traded at 52 week low of Rs. 519/- Issue price was Rs. 2150/- At 519 for a share with face value of Rs.1/- : is it still ridiculously overpriced ?

@Paytm While paying school fee via PayTM gateway usng my HDFC VISA card, I get a msg "Visa card cannot be used for this transaction". I don't want to use UPI or NETBanking. Why is this issue there and how do we resolve if we need to use a Credit Card for payments?

There is no specific contact no. for postpaid services. No one helped or tried to read concern properly. Sent scripted responses to me. Have already spent and paid more than lakhs rupees and first time facing this issue. About to close Paytm.@Paytm @vijayshekhar @PaytmMoney
