@Paytm @Paytmcare I don't understand , I raise a complain about late payment fee in paytm after a long time I get a call and customer care ex. waive my late payment and I paid my remaining bill. And again I got a call that waiver will reflect in 7 days.

I did a pymnt of Rs 10000/- from CRED and the bill payment is still not being reflected on my credit card. Its been a day. The same ws done from @Paytm (oth txn) and it only took 10 minutes for them to trnsfr the same.Cred doesn’t evenhave the customer support to call. @kunalb11
