    @Paytmcare Dear Team, yesterday I tried to recharge my Metro Card through DMRC website using Paytm Wallet. Amount of Rs 200 with Transaction ID: 36628003095 (order id: 94558912) deducted from my wallet but my card is not recharged.

    @Birk2Hauer @Paytmcare I'm not quite sure about the support team but I'm very sure @tangentrecovery on Instagram will get you exactly what you need without wasting a second of your time, Thanks to him I was able to get my account fixed and also secured, they really saved me a lot of stress

    @Paytmcare @flipkartsupport trying to shift blame on one another. Amount deducted from paytm wallet, flipkart says we haven't received it. Paytm statement shared with flipkart, latter still says we can't help. Paytm doesn't even allow me to raise a ticket, says contact flipkart

    The worst experience with @Paytm ..where you need to follow up to get your own money back from them, endless calls and follow ups. The worst service and false declarations. Never booking a flight ticket from you, very disappointed. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare Once the customer pays the premium, mailing the insurance policy is plain common sense. Though all the details were sent, why do you need Order ID once again through DM? Are you interested to send the policy or not or do you want to gobble up our money?
