    @Paytmcare At this point it's getting absurd 😞 I regret why did I even use paytm. The support is doing nothing my payment is stuck for 24 hours and I'm not even getting a single reply

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm suddenly the paytm gold balance has been dropped by 70% and from last 2 days there is no one to even explain. No agents, no support just AI bots doing nothing. @nsitharaman

    @Paytmcare Thanks for your reply sahil, the issue is resolved just now. I deleted the Macrodroid App, then Paytm is working fine now

    Dear @Paytm and @DigitInsurance, Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of resolution. I renewed my vehicle insurance policy (Vehicle No. OD02AK9911) through Paytm on Digit Insurance two days ago. Payment was successfully completed and KYC was also done. Yet no policy.

    @Paytmcare I'M VERY TIRED! IT'S UTTERLY FRUSTRATING HOW PAYTM HAS EVOLVED! EARLIER I DIDN'T FACE ANY PROBLEM BUT NOW 😔 YOU CAN'T EVEN REFUND MY MONEY 😭 WHAT ARE YOU GUYS UPTO!? MANY PEOPLE ARE FACING THE ISSUE. YOU GUYS CAN'T EVEN GIVE AN ESTIMATED TIME. RAISE A CANCELLATION!!!
