@Paytm such a horrible customer support. Lodge a complaint for a fraud Ref NUM- 191477999. 3 days passed no call back no reply to email in app. A complaint related fraud is handled in such a way.. oh god and to reach support is another nightmare.

@PaytmTravelCare @Paytm Worst service. I have booked air ticket through Paytm and it was cancelled by airline and full refund initiated to Paytm but after around two month still no refund initiated by Paytm after multiple times I have called or complaint. @vijayshekhar

@PaytmTravelCare your coustomer service is very bad. My tickets got cancelled due to lockdown, @airvistara refunded all the amount to Paytm. But @Paytm is not refunding my money. I claimed my complaint almost 60 days ago. Every time I call Paytm they say it will take a week.
