    @Paytmcare @mkdmotokats Hey Paytm , how many days are required to process a genuine refund? Nowadays all the data is available at the blink of an eyelid. Please don't spoil your reputation. Nor force the customer to look for alternate channels for redressal.

    Experiencing the worst service from @airindia & @Paytm regarding a tax invoice. I've mailed GST support and raised tickets, but zero response. The portal rejects my request saying "PAN not registered with GSTIN"-I am an individual, I don't have a GST number!

    @Paytmcare I ahvealready shared my registered number an hour ago but still you are not contacting....pathetic customer service you have...also you dont have any customer care number where i can reach out.... paytm is worst...

    @Paytmcare if you are also helpless like your useless bot and can't/won't provide me the contact details for the support team, I will raise a formal complaint with the RBI Lokpal. It has been such a frustrating experience.
