@Paytmcare I'm a small merchant, I didn't had the soundbox still my 125₹ was deducted from my paytm wallet, customer service is very poor. They are hanging up my call and not helping in any way. It's been 5-6 days. Why the amount has been deducted if there is no soundbox??

@airtelindia what a pathetic Airtel payment bank. I have been struggling to close my account for last 5 days, called customer care with wait time 15 mints 20 times, all busy. Airtel store does not support, and why your app does not have closure option. @Paytm is much better.
