@Paytmcare @Paytm is the worst app. The overall experience is pathetic. The app itself is so cluttered. Except for the payment part which is again very very slow nothing seems functioning properly. Too overhyped. @vijayshekhar Core competency shouldn't be ignored.

Hello @vijayshekhar @Paytm , I've been your fanboy but now I realized that Paytm has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've raised tons of tickets to update my kyc number but you don't do anything. It's been a 2 months and I'm fed of from this!
