@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare Tremendous scope of improvement for the B2B link product of Paytm. Made a payment on Dec 12th and it failed(merchant confirmed). As a user, I do not have any history and cannot raise any support ticket! 17days and no refund yet!

Filed a lawsuit again @Paytm for blocking my money. This drama has been going on since September and they haven’t been able to solve the issue. Hope you will solve this in court, at least.
