@Paytm customer support was too bad. I regret using it for my recharge. Amount was deducted but recharge was failed and their so called 24/7 support was pathetic. I rather pay extra for @PhonePe_ for their seamless transaction.

Why Paytm doesn't have call back request option or toll free number where customer can contact , big companies all have same like Flipkart, Amazon etc & your staff is not properly trained to understand problem & also not solving the issue. @Paytm @vijayshekhar
