@Paytmcare @Paytm There is no option on your app to close postpaid account. Neither your "help and support" section is useful (not even 1%), nor there is an option to connect with your customer care. #worst_app_and_customer_support_experience paytm is getting worse day by day.

@airtelbank Booked a Airtel fasttag on 19th March. Still not received it. No satisfactory response from customer care.They keep on repeating I'll get it in two days. I need a refund ASAP. Did a mistake by opting for @airtelbank instead of @Paytm.

@Paytm Bad 👎👎👎👎Bad customer service from paytm team I have not seen any company till date. Third class customer service by paytm 👎👎👎👎they have all details but no action. I feel like paytm cheated me. I would never recommend anyone to use paytm. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎bad service

@Paytmcare Trying to connect with paytm customer care for missing gold value from my paytm gold vault. Apparently there is no avenue to connect for such a issue. Ticket raised in paytm gold support, was to be reverted in 4 hrs, but response even after 8hr. Is there any support?
