@Paytm @Paytmcare my son's wallet is freezed due to which he is unable to recharge the wallet for using fastag due to which he had to pay double amount at toll yesterday even when he had uploaded the necessary documents in 24x7 help chat and not resolved till now

@OYO4U What an address to concern it was? Despite of showing a payment confirmation screenshot, your customer care executive is saying that we have not received payment. @riteshagar @Paytmcare I don't know whether payment is with Oyo or paytm. Please refund an amount of Rs. 1398 asap.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I use paytm extensively. Suddenly since y’day I am getting a message that your ‘credit is frozen.need to update KYC’.Though I had done that earlier,I visited KYC paytm centre but they also confirmed that mine had been done earlier.Urgently help please.
