  Paytm a big cheat company. Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.. unnecessary charges are taken by them. first they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer. That is our hard earned money. @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytm I was making a UPI transaction of 9700rs and the the transaction has failed but the money was debited from my bank account UPI reference number 208000439392 ... Please solve my issue and refund the amount .. it was very crucial transaction an need this money in urgency

  @Paytmcare From now onwards never using this **** Paytm ever. They just waste time. Today is my payment due date, and just now paid through Gpay and it got settled within 1 min and got confirmation from HDFC too. Never ever going to use this Paytm now. WORST. Don’t use this app. @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare my friend booked a bus trip gurugram to manali, the bus driver called n told bus us cancelled n refund initiated, spoke to customer care they told not intimated. Last moment had to book another ticket n travel n niw paytm is not refunding, driver nmbr is switched off

  @Paytmcare At this point it's getting absurd 😞 I regret why did I even use paytm. The support is doing nothing my payment is stuck for 24 hours and I'm not even getting a single reply
