    @Paytm @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare Worst service ever. I transferred money to merchant via UPI from Paytm but due to some reason merchant has not received the money, took help from paytm customer care team but they denied to refund. Please help on this as it's been 2 months.

    .@vijayshekhar @PaytmMoneyCare @Paytmcare I doubt anyone in the team has answers to how to close an account and handover gold balance to the customer. Ticket 189088180 is open for 5 weeks now, 4+ hrs spent on customer care calls - No resolution. Care to respond?

    Many companies like @Paytmcare and @boAtSupport1 I have been following up for the issues and their customer grievance mechanism is soo poor and yet they raise loads of money by angel investors. Paytm is going for IPO. Whether they will refund the excess application money or not

    One reason I am not very bullish on @Paytm mall is the extremely horrible non existent customer support. Even banks are better . Everything is a loop with 0 ways to talk to a human.

    @Paytmcare I applied for full kyc by video calling. First attempt was unsuccessful due to technical error (as told by your representative ). Second attempt was successful and he told that kyc will be completed within 2-3 days but since 10 days i.e. from 20/05/2021. Continued....

    @Paytmcare the delivery guy picked up wrong item when returning one of your products( which had also to be returned to @amazonIN ) now by d time we got to know abt mishap,the item pickdup up by paytm guy has reached to the vendor. Please help resolving the issue.
