Hey @TheOfficialSBI I have a refund from @Paytm for a flight ticket and they released it from their end to you guys . So how can I get my money and how much time it will take as paytm said to contact bank customer care. Please look up to this matter.

@paytm postpaid is the worst thing you could sign up for UPI transactions. 95% of the time you won't be able to pay the bill. You can't contact customer service. Your cibil score gets impacted for their fault. Please do not subscribe.

bought @Paytm @Paytmcare soundbox which was delivered with a broken seal&no sim on Dec15.I mailed & called support to get the issue resolved but they always ask me to be patient&understanding. Today they deducted 125rs for rental.I feel cheated paying for a thing I can’t use.
