Hey @TheOfficialSBI I have a refund from @Paytm for a flight ticket and they released it from their end to you guys . So how can I get my money and how much time it will take as paytm said to contact bank customer care. Please look up to this matter.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Doesn't get the resolution for my ticket with id 22103061373 yet. Your support team first commited me to give the final resolution by 15th December 2022 , then 19 dec and again 21 December. It crossed the date and they didn't responded. Please look into it.

@Paytm has the shittiest customer service. Their app sucks, and I'm glad no one uses it for UPI much, because they don't deserve it! 17 days of illogical bot replies, rude service executives, and fake promises, I still haven't received any resolution! @vijayshekhar
