On contacting, nobody picks phone but only AI bots. I have raised multiple ticket concerns, all of them say "unable to help you".

Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !
