Hey @TheOfficialSBI I have a refund from @Paytm for a flight ticket and they released it from their end to you guys . So how can I get my money and how much time it will take as paytm said to contact bank customer care. Please look up to this matter.

@vijayshekhar - Dear Sir. I used @Paytm since 2015 then stopped it and used competitor service but resumed it since 2018. I have seen a change in PayTm and its really good. There is my expertise here and would really like to work for your esteemed organization. Kindly help.

@jagograhakjago Please intervene into my matter with @Paytm. They are not trying to resolve my issue. Refund of 18k is not reflected in my bank from last 20 days & their customer care number is of no use as you can never get to connect with the agent. Please help!!

@Paytm @myntra @amazonIN the amount is a total of some 18 thousand INR which is not a small amount. Also the process of reaching out to your customer care executive is so lengthy & impossible. Writing it down here as I m not able to register my complaint anywhere.
