    @Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

    @Paytm A word of friendly advice. Stop pushing your Wallet down people’s throats. Some of us just want to stick to UPI. Every-time you open the app it either tries to trick you into activating the Wallet or shows scary Full-KYC warning messages which covers the whole screen.

    As my home wifi is down, I had to recharge my JioFi dongle today .. But soon after recharge, I discovered that my dongle is also not working; I'm not sure what happened. Would you be willing to refund the amount, @Paytm @Paytmcare?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare having blocked my wallet to update KYC, the least that you could have done is to make it simpler and easier to complete the KYC. App is useless for KYC update or resolution of issue, customer care non-existent and my wallet use stopped! 😤
