@Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

@HDFC_Bank Its been 13 days since I send the documents for my complaint HBL=074-635-273, I receive a call saying that mail has been received yesterday and it will take another 15-20 days to close the issue. I think @Paytm fastag is more reliable.

@Paytm I kept pressing numbers in all the option, but not where there is executive to understand problem. In an unknown transaction, ivr response is just saying transaction is successful and advised to contact seller...who is the seller, how to find, who has done transaction?????
