@Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney worst customer service. No option to connect with CC agent. My account is blocked due to it not able to pay postpaid bill and zero resolution for it. I know I will get call post due date for panelty and payment, but no resolution before it.

Back to using @Paytm after years. What an absolutely first-rate product it is. Had the KYC issue not been cumbersome, I would only use it for payments in India.
