    @Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare May I know the reason why I can't access my money saved in Paytm account? Why Paytm has suddenly blocked my account? And why after submitting all relevant documents to proof account ownership in chat support I still do not have access to my account?

    I mean just think @vijayshekhar from a customer point of view how much difficulty he/ she has to face. When every other company apps doesn’t allow to signup with the same number but your company is just creating hustle for the customer. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    Pathetic service of Paytm Fasttag . Bought one at Ghy. Recharged it through gpay, amount got debited but didnt get credited in paytm fasttag. Then recharged again through netbanking. Used it once for130Rs. But again the balance is 0. @Paytm @Paytmcare . Pathetic.

    @Paytm @PaytmTravelCare Don't cheat a customer with this sort of service. Booking was done last year and it's been a year n half no refund has been done.I wouldn't recommend anyone to avail these services of your company which is basically giving mental harassment to customer.
