@Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

@OfficialDMRC @Paytmcare Today I recharged my metro card with ₹100 on Paytm, but when I tried to top it up at the station machine it showed “balance will reflect tomorrow”. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. Please fix this issue and ensure instant top-ups.
