@Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare its been 48hrs i have raised the ticket regarding my show cancellation in my area but there is no reply from your side and this shows you how careless you are about customers. I didn't understand why you have put 24/7 service in your portal. Thankyou.

I'm scared to travel from bus now as there can be another customer like me who has already highlighted proactively that they're having covid symptoms @Paytmcare Guys please don't book your bus from Paytm, there's chance you are traveling with a covid patient as they allow it.
