@Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

@Paytmcare @Paytm Hey, money is deducted and hasn’t reached the account. Your transaction says it’s in the wallet of the merchant. The merchant doesn’t have a Paytm account. How can the previous transaction go to bank n 2nd transaction to wallet. Please help
