@Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

@Paytmcare Hi, payment through debit card today got deducted but seller website mentioned payment failed. Seller is offline on weekends. Can you pls confirm payment from your side? Why not give an e-mail id or another way to speak to your care team?
