    @Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

    @Paytmcare SpiceJet had already confirmed refund to Paytm on 29 April itself, yet the amount was withheld for weeks without proper response through support channels. Consumers should not be compelled to pursue legal proceedings for legitimate refunds already acknowledged by the airline.

To help resolve this, we’ve already reached out to our lending partner for an alternate payment option and are currently awaiting the required details.     @lmPSBhandari @Paytmcare @RBI As a customer I want to remove all my transaction from paytm.. don't just mention malicious app detected.. show me where is the malicious app that you are reffering on my mobile.. I shared every screen shot of it but it's been 4 days no response.

    @PaytmCare @IntrCity Boarding 11:35 PM, Delhi→Dehradun (PNR IC244992777646). Zero proactive comms. No driver number, no vehicle details, no SMS. Bus 1+hr late. Female passenger stranded with me past midnight at Sec 62 Noida. This is the #FemaleFriendly service you advertise?

    @Paytm My Paytm account bearing mobile no 7008217083 still shows account access denied due to mobile no blocked for the past 8 days.I tried to contact Paytm and @Paytmcare and told that it will be resolved in 3-5 days but still not solved.Kindly solve the issue quickly.

    @Paytmcare It’s been 4 days since I raised a refund complaint and your customer care has done absolutely nothing except test my patience. Airlines have already confirmed the refund initiation, yet Paytm continues to delay the process with no proper human support
