@Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

@Paytmcare @SBICard_Connect Dear all I have paytm sbi credit Card but I have yet not received any cashback till now while 2 month passed from the date of Card issue. Same issues already raised with sbi and Paytm but issue yet not resolved while 10 day pass. What is 1% cash Card?

Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare I was using the paytm wallet and today it showed that , my wallet has been locked because of adhar kyc , I have to pay my college tuition tommorow and 18,000/- Rs is locked up in my wallet, can't contact customer care agents only automated replies given.
