    @Paytmcare worst experience regarding customer service on 17/08/2022 ticket id “5029532504” not getting proper answer regarding my request to discontinuing the pos machine service. Although executives always give extra suggestions then “solving actual issues”.

    @Paytmcare If you don't take it seriously i go consumer forum and sue on Paytm for this Consumer Protection Act, 1986 u/s-2(1)(g) deficiency in service. I all ready tweet so many times you don't give me satisfactory feed back.

    Hi @Paytm Your customer care service is useless. The UPI transaction done by Paytm failed and the money was not returned to the bank.merchant not get too . For the last 4 days I have been asking you about money. You are not telling anything. #paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @paytmmallcare I have seen Paytm customer reviews, I wish I could have gone through those review before ordering anything, guys it is wake up call for you. We are not satisfied with ur service, I am sure you guys will definitely do a better job.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I've been trying to get in touch with a customer care executive for the past 30 mins. But your IVRS will just not allow it. It's about a refund of Rs 3,430 that I am expecting. My bank says PayTm has not generated any refund. But your statement says otherwise.

    @Paytm really frustrated from last 1 week. No call received from paytm executive for helping me. Only messages are doing from paytm app only. But you guys just doing time pass since 1 week. Rather helping me u just repeating daily same message. Can any1 close my issue on priority
