    @Paytm from salesman to customer service executive everyone cheats the customer. Tell lie & sale the product with wrong commitment. They call it one time charge but so many hidden charging even for lifetime plan. Requested many times to close the swapping machine but no action🥲

    @Paytmcare today i added 5340 rs from credit card to my Paytm wallet nd before adding the amount i already manual activated the credit card add money offer of 1.5 % to 3 % but i didn't received any cashback nd i called customer care but but its services ekdum 3rd class Plz help m

    @Paytmcare Your customer care team is not sharing any reference no. I am chasing them to close the postpaid facility even though there is no direct option to raise a request for closure. If you can't give facilities to customers, then don't offer such services.
