    Sir like to know if your company want our pan card so they can ping us sms or there are lots of way but directly account block is not a good way even my account have fully kyc right now I have to pay in hospital approx 8k what should I do @vijayshekhar @Paytm @PaytmBank

    @Phoenix2JD @amazonIN @Paytm It happens when paid through wallet+cards. I too faced the same issue. Try paying with only a wallet or only card. Paytm charges agent fees. Amazon won't charge.
