(3) They ask me to share the documents on twitter DM which I have already shared on the @Paytm app help section chat box. But they do not even read what I am saying. Then they start ignoring my message on twitter also (same as they are ignoring my message on @Paytm app chat box

Dear @Paytmcare why you keep spamming my message box to renew my two wheeler insurance.Please note that it's already done and rather than spamming you can invest in improving your service.Also there is no option to stop the notification.
