    @Paytmcare @Paytm I booked an Air India flight via Paytm that was cancelled due to disruption. Filed for cancellation & refund—but it’s been 6 days with no real help. Your AI chat is useless, and no human support available. Is this how Paytm handles genuine customer issues?

    customer care is very disappointing.They speak only in Hindi –no support in Tamil or other South Indian languages.I tried 5–6 times,every time they say“will transfer to regional language”and then disconnect the call. No proper email support either.@Paytm @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

    @UPSRTCHQ @Paytmcare I booked a UPSRTC bus via Paytm (Booking ID: 00000021E55F) but didn’t get bus number, driver contact, or proper boarding info. Waited 2.5 hrs at Payagipur, spent ₹250 on travel, and missed the bus. No help from support. I demand a full refund + compensation!

    @Paytmcare i was scammed by someone impersonating a known contact who instructed me to buy Apple Gift Cards via the Paytm app. I purchased 2 card worth Rs 5000 each and shared the codes before realizing it was a scam. Kindly help me recover my money @NPCI_NPCI @AppleSupport
