It's hilarious. @Paytm response to customer's call is a text msg. "Dear Customer, with regards to your query related to.. Paytm Mall order dial-0120-4606060, for Movies & Events ticket dial-0120-4728728, for Travel booking dial-0120-4880880. Our customer care is available 24X7.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have transacted through Paytm on 8/May/2022 through Paytm, my amount has been debited immediately neither it has been reached into the receiver account neither it has been refunded, what's going on, Paytm customer service is not responding in a proper way.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMall there hasn’t been any update to my fast tag order which I placed on Sunday, and the automated chat support replies saying that there’s delay from the courier end and they are trying to get an update. Such inconclusive replies are not of any help.
