    @Paytmcare Hello Hemant, I have got some response in DM. It assumes that the problem is with the user. It assumes 1) my app is not up to date & 2) I had unstable connection. Good luck improving your service with that attitude.

    @Paytmcare Hey @PaytmCare, we're struggling to get a refund for a cancelled @IndiGo6E flight! Indigo refunded the amount, but it's stuck with Paytm. Your app's customer care isn't helpful. Please assist! Booking ID: 26993710263 PNR: WF3FKK BOM to VNS on 12 May 2026. it’s been 2 Month.

    Firstly @Paytm has miss sold the product. In the name of gift card u guys sold me promo code. There is no proper response for that issue. Now u guys conveniently changed the validity period? Is this the right way of doing business? Also u have a pathetic customer support.(2/n)

    @PaytmCare @PaytmBusiness URGENT: I am unable to change my settlement setting to 'Next Day Payout' due to a continuous server error on your dashboard.     @Sachin60236154 @Paytm Hi, I tried reaching you over the phone but couldn't connect. I checked your ₹500 payment and found that Bank of Baroda declined the UPI debit due to insufficient balance. No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. Meanwhile, you can use your SBI account. I'm here if you need any help.
