    @Paytm Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    @Paytmcare I have a mobile recharge coupon valid till 5th May I applied it & tried a mobile recharge but the payment failed before initiating Since then the recharge is pending & I am unable to reuse the code also Plz help @Paytm

    paytm has gotten so bad recently. so many glitches, very slow. asked me to fkn change my UPI pin every two months. **** you @Paytm switching to google pay (which has a very seamless and quick onboarding process and a v clean UI)

    @Paytm our refund of the flight tickets booked via your platform from @AkasaAir was transferred to your account on 26th April but that amount has still not been transferred to our account. Please help!!

    @Paytmcare Extremely disappointed with lack of response regarding my refund. Qatar Airways confirmed ticket is open, but since it was booked via you, responsibility lies with your team to coordinate the approval. This has been pending for far too long—plz help & see message
