    Still no resolution from @Paytm regarding my flight booking name correction. This involves @airindia and @flysrilankan under the same PNR, and airlines are redirecting back to the travel agent. Requesting Paytm to urgently coordinate and resolve this issue. #UrgentHelp #Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I had an account with paytm. Six months before I switch on a new contact number. I also had a daily sip plan with paytm. But now when I am trying to start a new sip with paytm I am getting a message Pan no details are mismatched. Kindly help for a new account

    @Paytm what kind of worst experience is this..I have received sms that bus is cancelled but your app still showing the journey..when trying to reach customer care then only bot which i am being forwarded. I want to talk to an actual customer care not this bot **** 😡😡😡

    @Paytmcare Redirecting me isn’t a resolution. This issue has been pending for long and impacts access to my wallet funds. Please escalate internally, assign a case owner, and share a ticket ID with a clear resolution timeline.

    @Paytmcare as u ar not responding for almost 24hrsI need to make the bill payment asap so I need to highlight the issue to get fixed but Alas! lame excuse of internal criteria protecting mutual interest god knows what is that never heard all nonsense shame on @Paytm anyway fix it

    @Paytmcare Could you please check the issue above and resolve it ASAP? It has been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my refund. There has been no response on the ticket either. What kind of service is this? There’s no proper email or call support available.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm "Dear Paytm Support, I recently repaid my loan based on the waiver option as per your policy, which stated that the remaining dues would be waived. However, I have received a call from the collections team asking for an additional money.
