I have rcvd a payment of 19380 on 21-07-25 from customer by swipe credit card.during transaction paytm swipe machine stopped working.pymnt was deducted from customer’s credit card but not received to me.since last month paytm executive making a fool regularly @Paytm @Paytmcare

hey @OfficialBMRCL i did rs.300 card recharge on 22.07 in #Paytm order id:25678959097 unfortunately I forgot to top up card I tried to call helpline to escalate the issue, I am waiting for >15min but helpline is not connecting, please help me with this @Paytm

@Paytmcare As you had suggested, i had cleared cache from phone setting, then uninstall app, restart phone and again install app but issue still not resolved. Even UPI lite dashboard with balance amount not visible.
