    @AmrishK38 @Paytm Yes mine also, there are so many customers asking for your help in this. Normally no paylater app adds late fee on the next day. Atleast a day should be given

    I,m user last three -four years, i also postpaid payment pay before time, date.but that time some issue.then i pay after date ,time only late 4 hour i request please reduce my late fee.becuase it is very extra.thnx @Paytm

    Dear @Paytm I need to reach your customer service but you seem to have no contact number?? There’s an automated chat and IVRS call centre number which is not useful. I am frustrated as I need to permanently close my account and I am unable to.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare .. then i called to your executive.. he said that our department is different so i'll share you link, go on that .when i went to that link that help & services were automated messages .. which can't resolve my problems..
