    @Paytmcare My mother's account has been freezed. When my mother tried to login to another phone a new account got created in the same mobile number and now all her money is freezed. I have created a ticket since 13 feb and been talking to the executive. But they are of no help.

    @rakser5 @Paytmcare They blocked my account on 17th and still they are asking for proofs I have uploaded every document but there reply is always same and irritating I am losing trust on paytm now If they don't fix my problem soon I ll take strick action

    Did recharge through @Paytm but it’s not processed. There is no way to raise a ticket to PayTm on app or Via call. @Paytmcare do something. It’s been 2 days that I am unable to do the recharge in the Mera world. What a service!
