I am a constant user of paytm . But now i got to know paytm is such a fraud app. Paytm can block ur account anytime and the money u earned get stuck in paytm n u can’t do anything. @consumercourtin @Paytmcare @unblockmyaccount

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Please train your customer service agents how to solve the issue and also please give them access to backend process. There is no sync between back end and front end executives. Reward employees like Abha Negi to motivate them.
